If I sound pretentious, I'm sorry. I realize I'm not an uber fashionista or anything, but you asked.
Outfit:
I noticed your username, you do look kind of goddess-ish. I suggest going for an all-white outfit, though. I mean...if you're a pure white goddess, you should at least be wearing one white item, eh? Also, the black hair is cute and would offer strong contrast with a white outfit, but you may try a non-natural color for more of a goddess look. If you were trying to stay true to your username: 5/10.
The hair goes with the top and the eyes go with the skirt and gloves. Black and blue is, in general, a tad overdone in my opinion. It works, but I feel it's missing something. If you were trying to match/coordinate: 6/10.
It kind of looks like your avi was just washed up on some island or has been on one for awhile, which is sexy. Like Blue Lagoon, minus the incest and Brooke Shields' eyebrows. Blue matches the ocean, which is overdoing any matching. If that's the desired look: 7/10.
Individual Items:
The top. Okay, most people don't like this because its wearers are typically newbies, fangirls and attention whores. I think it can work, and I don't mean with the matching panties.
The skirt. Alright, I like it. A lot. It resembles the little tier skirts that are in right now. This one has an angle on it, which fuels that ethereal goddess/island look. I think I'll go buy one...>.>
Arm warmer..glove..things. These further add to the look of a deity. Pretty much all characters with "powers" in anime and elsewhere have them. They're cute.
Okay, I'm done. A little spiel is better than a rating without explaination, right?
