I remember back in the day when us ninjas where active we had some artist in this guild. The only problem is most us ninjas are poor so we dont have a good digital art program, Well recently I discover Paint.net its an upgraded version of ms paint. The stock versions not bad but it needed some work then one day I noticed under the help menu theres a little option that said Plugins. I clicked it it brought me to a forum with tons of plugins for it making it one of the best free programs out there and best of all it doesnt expire!
