I'm sure that everyone has heard about what happened at Virginia Tech. My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families. It is just crazy that this had to happen. It ticks me off that people are trying to say he did it because his brain was shaped a certain way. WTF!!
Another thing that happened is that here in Ohio some guy went to a high school with a gun and started shooting. They said people were able to run and avoid him.
What is happening? I know this isn't anything new, but it breaks my heart. People just killing each other and a lot of folks try to make something else out of it. Like with the guy in Virginia. They are trying to blame gun laws on him doing it.
Why are people treating each other with such disrespect, taking each other's lives, and so much more?

Please do not get upset with me. The following thing made me laugh, but it wasn't because of the tragedy. It was because of some "specialist" on tv.
She said that you could tell that the guy was going to be a killer by the way of his skull and his brain. She said that's how you could tell someone was going to go off and murder people.
So I'm like, the way my skull is shaped and the way my brain fits in it determines what I'm going to do. Give me a break.
Dadude, I'm sure there are plenty of people that think the same way. Maybe each of us can go out and do something good to help change the world.
Maybe I'm a dreamer, but I'm tired of all the negative. Let's get some positive out there.

I don't think there's any possible way of determining what someone will do at any point in his/her life. All of the "specials" on observing a child's activities and personality or observing one's brain shape or thought processes are no way able to say without a doubt that "So-and-so will murder 30 people on such-and-such a date." The only thing society has to determine anything is the imagination. We cannot read minds or control what influences one receives.
Staying positive in such a pessimistic world is good, but that doesn't mean that there aren't people out there who are dangerous.
However, I think that if each person were to tell someone that they loved and cared about him/her, the world would be so much better. More often than not, people who shoot others or commit suicide out of the blue don't feel loved. They think that the world cares nothing about them and that there is no hope in life. (This is of course all just speculation on my part.)

These are my thoughts on it The school shootings are a symptom of the hostile climate to outsiders at the minute. Due to his poor coping skills the guy was basically screwed in a large social environment to begin with. If you've noticed he's diagnosed with autism. This is a treatable problem but it needs work. That said, Theres also a part of me that wants to say the school shootings dont go far enough and we need to take it to jesus camp. But I keep it under control.

There is actually this whole big science thing about being able to determine what someone will be because of the shape of their head or their facial feature etc. It is really stupid.
