What do you do if you know that you best friend is being beaten and abused by her parents but yet the friend won't let you get help or call child protective service because she doesn't want her parents to find out and beat her even more.

tell someone.
then share with the ppl you are telling that she is scared that if her parents found out then she would get hit more. so i would try to work with dcfs (child protective services) to get her to a better home.
it is never okay to just let abuse go on without trying to get help, but i can understand how sticky of a situation you are in.
i have gone through a similar thing...
