IF you would like to become a Kage or village Leader for that Village please follow the instructions. This is a first person give first person get situation.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Ask if the village you want is taken by posting below.
2. If not taken send me a trade for 3000 gold
3. Once trade is finish you will become a crew member and kage or village leader.
4. You will have to pay a village fine of 200 gold to me every month.
RULES
PLease follow these rulles:
1. You will only be allow to modify the topics and post in your village.
2. Do not delete, move, or modify any of the original topics I put in there.
3. Respect your villagers.
4. Keeps missions updated in village weekly
5. Pay 200 gold fee every month (if not payed you will be demoted and kicked out of you kage or leader position)
Remeber that the gold will not be used for my personal use all gold will be used for the guild.

Note: The gold that i will be recieving from this will not be used in my personal use. I will be using that gold and gold i get to buy prizes for tournaments and monthly gifts

IS THE hidden village of clouds kage free or do it have a kage if not im in.

no the cloud village kage is open just send a trade in for 2000 gold for the position.

Since the Kage of the Sound Village hasn't been responding, may I give it a shot at it? I have 3000 gold and I can easily gain 200 gold as payment.

yes please send me the money and your 200 gold payment will be due at the end of the month. As soon as you send it you will be the new otokage.

What i ment by that is that everything in the naruto world will be here but as for the timeline all the naruto characters are gone. New ninjas have emerged and new jutsus have been created. I want to be orginal and different. If you think about it if imake like you say i should then it would be a copy of all the others and i dont want that so therefor im going to stay orginial and make my own story in the world of naruto. stressed and im not gretty stressed just original

Technecally their is no such thing as an origional ide, but hey, I like this idea. It allows the player to be creative with some type of structure. If we were to have it as eveybody wants to be aninja and everybody will become te coolest ninja ever then it would be very boring and my character wouldn't fit in (check out my character profile on the Sound Village and you'll see what I mean). He want's this to be difrent from all the other naruto rps. And I'll let you know this is so far very organized. Please let's keep it that way.

Well, anyway, I traded ya the 3000 gold. If I trade more than 200 gold could that be like advancement to paying next months. You know like when buying a house people pay for the next moth just in case, or I can't do that? Cause I really do want to pay more than 200 gold just in case if theirs ever some kind of emergancy and I'm unable to get on. It would really suck if somebody I loved were to kick the bucket and I have to travle suddenly and the next day I have to pay or lose position.
Just a quick question, do I give you the 200 gold a month or do I just donate it to the guild?

If they don't have a kage then yes. Just trade 3000g to Shadow.

altiza you give it to me im about to start a tournament right after the chunin exams so i need the money to buy a big prize. as for the kage thing. To be a village leader and a kage is the same thing. Some village leader of certain villageslike the waterfall village cannot call themselves kages so they are just village leaders. Same responsibility different title.
