You can't. You send a link to the appropriate post and list what you are doing. Examples are:

1. "Capture" in the title for capture, put the link in the description.
2. " 'Battle' & 'Pokemon name' " in title, put the link in the description and which pokemon you send out to battle with.

That is as easy as it gets, I'm afraid.

No, if it says "ONE" person then message that "ONE" person, if it has more than one then message whomever you think is more reliable.

These people are in charge of these areas:

kylekero: Lake Area and Forest Area
Lonelyha: Desert Area, Cave Area, & Volcano Area
Queenie-I: Pokemon Tower, Plain Area, & Power Plant (3 P's didn't happen on purpose)

You may have ONE battle at a time (either trainer or training). Fast battles are permitted to trainers (not preferred), but NOT to area managers (who have to battle shirog79 rofl ). So, any other questions?
