What programs do you use to create your animations?

I currently have been using Macromedia Flash and Fireworks to export animated Gifs, However I am still looking into using something differant for new techniques

I use both of those for my computers class at school.
But for animations at home i use Ulead GIF animator 5

because i would like to get into new programs, but i dont know which are best for way of doing things

15 day trail on ulead that you can download and when its over you cant use it anymore unless you pay the fee which is only $20
they dont send a disk

It was only 20$ so I thought what the heck If I get screwed over Ill get something else.

And easiness, that's the one I use.
but you have to make sure you put the gif's in backwards order.
and click insert to add another pic above the last one.
