Update 4/17/07 We have decided that anyone who donates 1k+ will automatically be promoted to crew. HOWEVER don't take this lightly, as even if you have donated as much and get to be on crew, you will still be instantly demoted and possibly booted if you abuse your priveledges.
Also, this does not mean that non-donators will not get promoted. We are still promoting non-donators who show good leadership/responsibility/etc.
If you donate more than 1k but for some reason don't want to be on crew, pm me or [.Haplo.] and we'll take you off. Edit 4/16/07 Please guys, don't just say you want to be on crew. We all do.
Tell us why you want to, and why you'd be more qualified than others, etc.
@Current crew members: You have been trusted with the regulation of the forums and the guild entries and invitations. If you at any time abuse these priveledges in any way, you will be demoted, and if the offense is a serious one, you will be kicked out of the guild. Post here if you think you should be on the crew. People who donated will probably be more likely to get the posistion. Sorry. I'm not telling you this to get you to donate. It's just a fact that people who donated have more right to the top positions in the guild, since, yano. They helped pay for it. Of course, some of you are stinkin' poor. That's why I'm making this thread, so that people who can't donate can tell us why they should be on the team, instead of just automatically promoting the people who donate.

I didn't donate much at all because that's all I had, but I'd love to be on the crew because, well, I''m into wiccans & I'm pretty good at keeping things alive, so hopefully I'd be able to keep the guild alive if it goes dead. & I'm sure I'd be good staff. biggrin

I wish to be on crew because it is a responsible job and mostly on my guilds I am crew. (Except for one that my friend has becasue she hates me or something.) Anyway, I didn't donate because I got poor questing for tickets to get my shirt. But, I think I would be great at this position. And soon enough I will donate. <3

I'm really good with my managing skills. I'm on Crew for Eshravel, and know what to do. Though, Volker made alot of slots for crew, so I really only have little to do in Eshravel, such as updating old parts of Subforums, indexs and such.

I'm not particularly looking to be in the crew per se, but if you ever could use some help I'd be willing to assist in any way I might. ( I tend to be semi-busy as owner of 1 guild and crew of 3 others yet I manage my time well enough)

Application: During my years here at Gaia (2003-2007) I have been the origonal owner of 2 guilds (A Wiccan one and a Defenders of Gaia one) on my mule. On this account, I'm the owner of 1 guild (Shrek) and crew of two other guilds (If you go to my profile to look, don't bother, their hidden) and hopefully I can be crew of this guild. I manage my time well and I'll get along with everyone.

Basically a first come first serve for people who donated? I can live with that. I'm not on here as much as I should, but if you want, I can set up an email for people who have questions about the craft that nobody else has a clue about and people can just send me an email to ask.
I do want a position, but even if I did get one, like I said, I'm just not around as often as I should be. And it would be a shame for me to ask and get a position and then me turning up once a week or so. sad

anyways, i'd help out n stuff. i'm pretty good at art, and writing so i could help out with main pages. i like to run contests and stuff.
^^ i was crew in another guild before it died. that was fun.
