If you are still looking for help I have been an administrator on several sites in the past, all of them roleplay though.
I have never been demoted except for once and that was because I was in active for a while ((the forum was dying out so I stopped going there))
I am also currently running my own RP guild though it is lacking in members at the moment.

Yo, mod on one of the largest independent music guilds on gaia, strong back ground in roleplaying and gaming. As well as being as being judge jury and executioner of the rules when needed. Though I can be lenient in terms of minor infractions or those who make a good case in their defense.
So look me up, if you want a respected, well rounded and highly educated mod with a satirical sense of humor.

i'll be as active as i can in the guild keep everything smooth and make sure to do whatever you want me to do, you already know what i'm like from the jewel guild
god i wrote a much better application on the jewel treasure guild sweatdrop
