I know we've all got other Anime/Manga interests than Oban, so here's the forum to discuss and rave about those other interests! Heck, as the name suggests, you can talk about anything Japanese, really! I'm sure me, Aki-chan and Hikaru-chan are not the only Oban fans with an obsession with everything else Japanese!

Here's some suggestions for thread-making, I got this idea from another guild that I'm in; Depending on the topic you choose, label your thread like so:

[Manga] Fruits Basket .... indicates the thread is about the manga of Fruits Basket(just as an example)

[Anime] Fruits Basket .... indicates the thread is about the anime of Fruits Basket

[Manga/Anime] Fruits Basket .... indicates the thread is about both the anime and manga of Fruits Basket

[Culture] Chopsticks!! .... indicates the thread is a discussion about Japanese culture, in this case, Chopsticks (again, just an example! XD)

That way we don't get confused and think that Chopsticks!! is some unheard of anime or something!

Also, I mentioned in the Creativity forum that if you wanted, you could post fan fiction and fan art that's of another series in this forum. This will certainly be allowed, but following the above example, label those threads as such:

[Fanfiction/Fanart] Fruits Basket .... indicates fanfiction/fanart of Fruits Basket

So now on to the basic rules:


--Please no repeat threads; if there's already a thread about a certain series, don't create another one. This goes for the fanfiction/fanart threads as well. If you want to share fan work and there's already a thread to the purpose of the series, then just stick it in there. This is simply to keep the forum clean and not overtaken by one series or too many fanfiction/fanart threads at one time.

--The rules of the Creativity forum apply here as to the fanfiction and fanart, such as keep to your own work, links are prefferable, and the whole PG-13 level deal.

--Basic courtesy applies here, don't hate on anyone for their taste in anime/manga. We have different tastes in this stuff, but be respectful of others' preferrences. My policy for flaming can be found in the main forum's rule book. 3nodding
