I love TV... I watch it all the time. I find it hard to believe some of the things they will, or will not, allow on public access channels.
I watch a lot of Adult swim, (Simpsons, Family Guy, Futurama) as well as Law and Order/CSI/Crossing Jordan. It interests me how they censor some things, and allow others.
Ex: When you watch a crime show like, American Justice, they won't show you the actual photos of injuries to the victims, and yet, in shows like CSI they will go into the goriest of details.
I am aware of the obvious difference between the two: one being fake, and the other not. However, the abilities of makeup artists these days manage to make any and all gore look fantastically real. If it looks the same as the real thing, why should one be censored and one not?

I guess it is kinda strange that one doesn't show anything and yet the other one does. Maybe it's the kind of image they want to portray.
American Justice may want a more kind or clean image while CSI goes for the thought of entertaining more people by showing what people may think is more interesting.

Pluse american justice is more of an informational type show. Its ment to be less about the shock value and more about infomring about the cause and how the crime was solved.
Never watched much of CIS and the like, I tend to enjoy the real crime series better.
I would say my fave contraversal TV show is Code Monkeys, ture it has a lot of bad langauge and is very polictaly incorect but I love how its presented pluse the all around bizarness of the show can get a few good chuckles, Pluse any show that has a Gary Gygax camio is cool in my book.
