Ok Spidey fans, here's the deal. We have a song called "Crawl" on the main page that we feel suits the Spidey-3 theme perfectly! So far we have had Hundreds of positve e-mails asking about the song.This is what we know:

1) Yes it is a real song, not just an instrumental (there is a one minute intro however).

2) The Bands name is DIVERSION and they are an Up and coming band from Virginia Beach (according to myspace their are a few outdated and amatuer California bands using the same name ,but they are NOT the same act.

3)According to our knowledge they should be on the Spider-man 3 soundtrack as the first real "heavy" song to grace the Spidey movies in order to appeal to generations "x" and "y".(That song does kick major a** .)

4) Generally a soundtrack is used for cross-promotion of a movie release, remember this Blockbuster will be released in May!!!

Addditionally through our correspondance we have conveyed your positive kudos to the band (they are really nice guys) and they are excited and grateful!

They are still in the process of recording their first full length album featuring their Hit song "Crawl", they have other demos on their page as well. Ask your local radio dj or program manager if they have recieved the single yet- ussually they get the tracks before the Record stores do (unless you ask them to order it).

Also folks remember that these things are never set in stone, deals are made in a day,and can be broken in a day..We will not know exactly which songs will definitely make the cut by ANY artists until the day before the shipments are pressed and duplicated-none of these things are under our control: the band, the soundtrack, the storylines, the actors-there are many decisions factored into the movie making process & the final outcome is ussually based on the efforts of hundreds, even thousands of people.What we can do is leave things in your hands: How many of you think the song Should be on the soundtrack??
