Discription:
A large candy store that is about two normal sized shopes combined to add width to the store. The check out area/ counter is in the middle of the store in a full circle counter with three workers that usually alternate their shifts. The walls are painted a darkviolet color and are lined with walls and walls of sweets. There's a section for candy jewlery [all new kinds], sour things, apples, brownies, chocolate chips, huge lollipops that you can't eat in one day, and other sweets to give you cavites. The store is pretty much big enough to get lost in, but maybe you can find your way out by following the pink brick road that's on the ground, or staring up at the mirror-ed ceiling.
NPC's [for your control]:
Elliott: A guy around seventeen or so, with long dirty blonde curly hair that covers his blue eyes and usually in some kind of tiedyed clothing. Very out of it most of the time, but friendly.
Mel : A girl about 18-19 with long black hair that reaches her waist and pale skin, always in gothic lollita clothing and usually obessing over some kind of japanese thing.
Kitty: An extremly nervous 16 year old, with short blonde hair and real bunny ears, usually with an embarrased blush on her face.

Ren-ten slowly walked into the candy store, he was in a pretty bright outfit again. It was white with candy stripes all around it and black stars down the front, the left sleeve was torn off so it was half-tanktop. He wore very loose and baggy black pants with a bright pink spiked belt that didn't help hold his pants at all. His tail, which had always been a little weird because a girl had once accidently set it on fire...had a spiked black bracelt around it. He had a nose ring in today along with one on his lips, it wasn't clear if it was always peirced or he did it last night. He wore a few jelly braclets of the rainbow and grinned as he walked in, his eyes immdately flickering over to a large lollipop. He licked his lips lightly, he was in the mood for seeing Ritsuka again, so he hoped he showed up soon. He sighed as he waited, slipping his hands in his pockets as he messed lightly with his reflection in the mirrors in the celing. He fixed his eyeliner and purple eye shadow and his tail flickered anxiously behind him as his ears perked up waiting for the sound of the bell to tell him Ritsuka was here. He had something...speical in store for today, he just hoped that Ritsuka wouldn't overly freak out...though it was pretty cute when he did it all the same. Ren-ten just grinned as he streatched himself out, the way a normal cat would almost, his sharpened teeth lightly shinning in the bright lights of the overwhelming candy store.

Ritsuka yawned, fangs flashing in the morning sun before they snapped shut with a harsh click. Uusally the frisky kitten would have his eyes wide open by now with a silly grin on his moist lips. But last night got a little crazy and he hadn't fallen asleep until three in the morning. With himself still blinded by sleep, he threw on some clothes without much care and they still seemed to match. Today he decided to keep his real look. Soft, black locks and shimmering steel gray eyes. He wore a long sleeved shirt that was striped with black and white. On top of that, he wore a slightly sparkling black tank-top. His pants hugged him tightly as usual, shining with a secretive glttering black. Slithering black tail twitched and gave off a small jingling sound from his earrings. Renten has text-messaged him so early he nearly forgot the directions there. It was supposed to be a brand new candy store off campus, and that immediately caught his attention. Both kittens loved anythig sweet, no matter what it was. Looking at thesigns of the small stores that lined either side of the road, he spotted the large, wacky looking "Lollipolaza". Good, he hadn't gotten horribly lost this time. Opening the door silently, he looked up to hear the jingle of a bell. So much for surprising Renten. Walking up to the familiarly vibrant kitten, he wrapped his arms around the larger neko and nuzzled into him with a soft purr.

"Hey..." Ren-ten said with his usual seductive, and yet very playfull smile as he tugged the neko into him happily. He wanted to maul the kitten right then and there, but he was working better on self restraint in public for Ritsuka, he knew that he didn't like it very much. Ren-ten just grinned though as he scratched under the neko's chin so his head would lift up and he met his lips. He started out with just pressing them together hard, and then brought out his tongue pretty quickly licking the neko's sweet taste away. That was the thing about Ritsuka, he always tasted like some kind of candy, and now Ren-ten was doing the same, he had previously sprayed his body with a cotton-candy sent and had coated his lips secretly in a mix of cotton-candy and bubble gum. Feelings from the previous night had started to well up again as he took his tongue and micheviously played with it. When he would have to break away, he did, and sighed contently as he smiled and kissed along Ritsuka's neck. "Morning Ri-Ri" he said with a grin as his hands went to the neko's sides, lightly feeling along his body. Okay....so he still wasn't wholesome in public, but he had almost gotten aressted before for being 'overwhelmed with feelings' a few times.

Ritsuka smiled, pushing himself further ono the neko in a loving hug. Ritsuka knew that Renten was going to trick him somehow into kissing him, and already found out. He attempted to keep his chin down as Renten's fingers brushed against it lightly, but it was a weakness for all cats. Purring a bit loudly, he looked up with eyes closed in content. He felt the anticipated spark between their lips, holding back a smile. The sweet taste of cotton candy and bubble gum leaked into his mouth. So he did it again. Ritsuka leaned back a bit, letting Renten have his fun. When he'd finally pulled away, he suck on Renten's bottom lip lightly before licking away any remaining lipgloss. Renten knew all of Ritsuka's weaknesses, so manipulating the kitten would've been easy. Ritsuka noticed that Renten was confining himself greatly, but it still held an odd show for any customers. "I'm tired." Ritsuka huffed, pushing out his lower lip as his eyes watered in a pout. "Why'd you have to wake me up so early?" he asked, nuzzling into the neko again. Ritsuka got mad at Renten every day, but it usually only lasted minutes. With his happy-go-lucky personality, there was no room for malice or revenge. And especially for Renten, being the closest person to him since the 9th grade.

Mel walked into the candy store, in a much more awake mode than she normally was in. She had her pink hair in braided pigtails that hung off her shoulders, overtop a white tanktop with a blue moon and wolf on it. She wore a pair of jeans underneath that and then a pair of dark flip-flops under that as well. Last night had been bad on a few levels, but she really just hoped that everyone would be alright again. She told Sei and Eddie to meet up with her there today, she just wanted to have Eddie as a friend again, she really hoped she could, he was one of Sei's best friends. She still didn't want to tell Sei about what happened though, it was surely just as much her fault as it was Eddie's. She stiffled a yawn as she streatched in the corner, her eyes slowly looking over to see two neko boys kissing in the corner, she blushed as she turned away, managing after a moment to look away. They were really pretty! Not that she would love them ever the way she loved Sei though, that was why she had been so harsh to Eddie, she really wanted things to be alright though she thought. She started to search through the shelves, her eyes landing on a pair of ediable sour earings and her eyes lit up as she quickly snatched them.

Eddie wandered into the candy shop, hands placed casually behind his head as he walked. His eyes first went to the two in the corner and he winced before looking away, next finding Mel. He heistated, looking uncertain. She'd slapped him. He wouldn't ever be able to forget that, he imagined. It wasn't a kiss.. he thought to himself with a sigh, then put on a grin and wandered over towards her, to see what she'd just picked up. "What'cha got there?" he asked, cocking his head lightly to one side. He'd also noted Sei wasn't here quite yet, but he wouldn't try anything. He knew he'd lost.

Mel looked up to see Eddie and she gave a sheepish grin as she held out the earings for him to examine. "Not very pracitcal but their cute" she said with a small laugh as she put them back with a small shrug. She turned to him again with her hands together, looking a little nervous, but she liked Eddie, moreover she had just been nervous that she might have had feelings for him. But...she loved Sei, things were hard enough without having to go through all of this. "Anyway, I'm um, really sorry about last night at the beach, I just overeacted, and I've just been on edge around you since the first time my lips met yours" she said as she rubbed nervously at the back of her head. She was careful to not use the word 'kiss' because it wasn't really any of those, and she didn't want to add more things to trouble him. She was about to offer him some candy when she suddenly remembered that she couldn't do that...ghosts didn't eat she thought with a sigh. She gave him a smile though as she wrapped her arms around him and gave him a hug. "I freak out eaisly, but your like Sei's best friend, so I really want you to be mine too" she said as she hugged him a little longer and then broke apart. "Alright! I want more candy" she said with a grin as she started to look through more of packages.

Eddie listened quietly, just staring down at her with his hands in his pockets. When she mentioned their first kiss, he didn't show any sign of emotion, just staring straight faced. That was also your fault, he thought to himself, though he knew that he had purposely set it up. He hadn't thought she'd really kiss him though. Oh well. Too late now. He blinked when she hugged him, at first just freezing, then tetatively hugging her back. "Yeah, best friend..." he mumbled, mostly to himself. He sighed, tugging the edge of his hat pointlessly, and then stuffed his hands back into his pockets. "I don't deserve to be someone's best friend." That said, he turned and wandered off to a differnet corner of the shop, looking at all the candy he wasn't able to eat.
[About his getting Sei killed? I think they should. -set it up to be revealed- It'll get it off of Eddie's conscious too.]

Mel blinked as she heard the last part of what he said when he wondered away from her. She had been looking at a small box of chocolate covered peanuts when he had said that. She wondered what he ment...should she ask him? Would he really tell her, she hated to see him so upset though, he was...one of those people that should always be smiling. She frowned as she set down the candy and trailed after him, carefully avoiding the couple that was in there. She tugged on his wrist softly turning him around as she looked up slightly curiously and a little sad. "What do you mean? Why would you say something like that Eddie? Your a great guy, that's why your Sei's friend" she said to him as she looked up with intrest. She didn't understand why things had to be so complicated at times, but the complicated things involved everyone, and it was everyone's input into a problem that made it that way.

Eddie reluctantly turned to face her, at first averting his eyes and then slowly looking into them. At her words, however, he found himself staring at the floor. He couldn't look at her at the moment. He rubbed his right eye lightly, then shrugged his shoulders. "Because," he began. "Sei only died because of me. And I only died because I felt guilty and didn't bother to watch out for cars." Now, since he'd started, he couldn't seem to stop talking. He was letting it all pour out after years and years of keeping it a secret. "Everyone was always jealous of him, including me. Basketball captain, all the girls liked him... It was so easy to hate him. And the guy's so oblivious he never realized it. One day the girl I liked asked him out. He refused, but I didn't care about that. She'd chosen him over me! I've spent my whole high school career living in his shadow! But I couldn't tell him that. I knew what a nice guy he was, but he was always so stupid... Why couldn't he be more suspcious? Less trusting?"
Eddie paused to take a breath, both eyes shut tightly. "Another kid was also jealous, enough that he wanted to do something about it. So I told him where Sei was going to be. I didn't realize it at the time, but because of this the kid was able to know where he'd be and shot him in the back, killing him. Sei doesn't know it's my fault. He haunted that kid for shooting him and eventually the kid committed suicide. I did the same, stepping in front of a car on purpose." Eddie bit down on his lip hard, then suddenly sunk to the floor in a crouched position, head bowed and both hands clutching it tightly. "I don't deserve to be called his friend. He was such a nice guy and I keep messing everything up for him. Everything!"

Mel's eyes widened when she heard what he was talking about, his story grew worse and more painful with every word. She wanted to hate him when he first admited that he had been the real one to kill Sei. She wanted to hurt him! She wanted to slap him or say mean things to him for doing it. But when she saw him slouch to the floor, she couldn't...do anything, always in someone's shadow? That would really mess with your head, you wouldn't be able to do anything but think about that person and start to loathe your own life. Finally she slinked back onto the ground with him, her knees pressed against the floor as her arms wrapped around his shoulders and she pulled him into her. "Eddie" she wispered to him as she soothingly rubbed his back and held back her own fresh tears. It wasn't fair, Sei died, but that was only that she got to met and love him, and Eddie died and...that was how she met him as well. "Its okay Eddie, if that didn't happen then I couldn't love Sei, and...I wouldn't have gotten to meet you. I think that all happened for a good reason, I know your hear for something, you'll find it soon" she said softly as she pulled away and kissed his cheek gently, wipping away her own tears.

Eddie had been expected to be hit or screamed at or something. She'd slapped him over CPR, so she'd probably kill him for realizing he'd been the one who'd caused Sei's death. However, he suddenly felt arms around her. They weren't hurting him either. They were... comforting. He opened his eyes and stared at her, obviously shocked. But he seemed to recover a little as he heard her speak, taking in the words slowly. He guessed she was right... If he and Sei had died when they were supposed to have, then neither of them would've met Mel. Or maybe... maybe Sei was supposed to die then? Maybe it was that whole fate thing that Eddie may be starting to believe in a little. "...I guess so.." he mumbled quietly. Of course he still felt bad for everything, but it was nice to let it out and tell someone about it. Though, the main person he probably needed to tell was Sei. He wasn't sure if he'd be able to do so though. So he hesitated, then glanced back towards Mel, seeing she'd started crying. "...sorry."

"Don't worry" Mel said as she wiped off the rest of her tears and shook her head. "Its really alright for now, just...don't tell Sei, at least not yet, I want him to be able to accept it and not go crazy..." she said as she looked up the doors when she heard a jingle of the doors opening again. She looked back down at Eddie with a soft smile "Mind if I spend the day with Sei? I just feel a little like I need to for some reason" she said with a small nervous laugh and rubbed at the back of her head. "Let's all meet up later tonight though, for a movie or something" she said as she leaned down and helped him up gently. She then gave him a small nod as she walked off towards the entrance still looking at candy. She was kinda freaked out still, though she didn't think Eddie was a killer or anything, she just didn't want to say anything to hurt him right now. She wasn't angry just curious, she always said dumb things when she spoke too much she thought with a sigh and a frown.

Eddie just shrugged, nodding his head. Of course she needed to spend the day. He'd meddled in things and they needed to make sure things were still good between them, without him being in the way and messing it all up again. He sighed to himself and rubbed his eyes again, sitting there on the floor until she'd gone. Now it was just him, two nekos making out, whoever'd just come in, and the owners of the shop. So he waited until he was sure Mel was far enough away, then stood and brushed himself off, heading out through the doors. He was bored, and he needed something to take his mind off things. Wasn't there a new computer room thing set up somewhere? He hadnt' been, so he guessed he'd go check it out now.
