I think may is too soon.
You should do it every other month so that the artists have some time to do the pieces and also rest up a bit.
Back to back auctions could be disastrous, and if people knew there would always be an auction they wouldn't bid nearly as much.
So, not even every other month.
You wanna make it spontaneous.

Reason to be in auction - I'm questing for horns atm and I do my
commissions sooo slow so it's going to take me a while to get them.
hopefully if I get an auction going I came make a bit more monies? :]
on a side note, a reply to ah~chew (aha cute name): I agree, every other
month would be good and I'm assuming you'd feature different artists
every time so I'm sure the rest thing wouldn't be too much of an issue, imo. :]

I still don't consider my art matches yours guys, but as soon as I get photoshop from a friend and buy open canvas for my coloring count me in. <3 n__n

Edit: Are we talking about chibis, anime style or what? D: I have so many chibi styles, two anime, and one that I'm not even sure what it is, but is kinda scary. xD <3
Edit#2: I just thought about it, but could it be ok if I just offer a clay figure instead of an actual drawing or you guys need "drawing artistic talent" only?
