   [welcome][event map][le rules]Hello and welcome to the GiB Six Month anniversary Masquerade Bash! (I really should have picked a shorter name!)
For our Agents Well folks, looks like it’s that time already. Hard to believe it’s been six months, so much has happened to us in that time. We’ve risen from obscurity, straight into the news itself (if you can call Cindy’s lies and slander news). To the Resistance, we’ve fought aligned ourselves, battled once more, and returned as friends once more. We’ve welcomed strange aliens into our hearts, only to watch as they squabbled and ridiculed ourselves, and each other. Of course, it’s been hectic, but there’s been a lot of laughter along the way. The invention of LAWLS, and Paul McLawl himself, has given rise to a bizarre, parodist underbelly of GIB. Sure, Agents haven’t gotten along all the time, but to couple against such experiences, we’ve all become fast friends in just a few months. And really, that’s what it all comes down to. Six months of jokes and discussion, serious conversation and speculation fantastic. So Agents, it’s time to throw on your most ludicrous outfits (don’t forget the mask), because once again, it’s party time. But don’t take this time to last forever! For if the Beastie Boys have taught us anything, it’s that we need to fight for our right to party. Anniversaries don’t come every day (although they do come every year), so get out there and shake your tail feathers like the well-dressed birds you all are. It’ll be a lot of fun, I’m damn sure of it. Hell, if it ain’t, I’ll eat my own tuxedo. Thanks for all the good times, fellow Agents. Here’s our way of giving back. Let’s take back the night, GIB style! Best wishes, Agents Zi, Double-Oh-Heaven, and maybe even TIM.
And for everyone else:
It's been wonderful working for you, with you, or even against you! This is our way of thanking you for a wonderful event, and all the great times we spent together with the UFOs! Please enjoy the festivities, and all the Lawls you can drink (be careful... if you drink too much, you'll end up looking like Paul). So throw on your best mask, and your beautiful Party clothing, it's time to get down with yo funky self.
Oh, and we're sorry if anyone neurolizes you during the party... we're all a little excited.... WOOOO! SIX MONTHS! *neurolizer flash*

The Main Ballroom

Here you can party on down with all the coolest people. There's dancing.... and... more dancing!
Ooooooh! There's also the Giving in Black Charity Donation Drive. Giving in Black funded this party, so you should totally give some donation love.... you could win a MC letter.
The Main Ball room also contains our Department of Security, where you should report any rule violation, or just plain rudeness.
Do you want to make a thread in this room? That's fine! Just make sure it's for general partying down.
The Lounge
The lounge is for general hanging out, and contains all sorts of contests and games!

Oooooooh. Ahhhhhhhhh. Your avatars all look so wonderful! Perhaps you should enter our Avatar Contest! The judges are fair, and the prizes are glorious!
You feelin' lucky? Huh? Well, try your luck at the dice game! Lots of fabulous prizes! You can only roll once an hour.
You can also try the lottery! Win alot of gold! The more tickets you buy, the better your chances! All proceeds go to winner!

The Dinning Hall
Hungry? Thirsty? This is the place for you!
Our head chef has prepared an array of delicious menu items. The Zi fingers are simply delicious... I just wish I could pick them up. gonk
Don't forget to check out the Lawls Bar! The drinks keep you awake all night! Just ask Paul McLawl... he hasn't slept since he first tasted Lawls... poor guy.

Section 13 Underground Testing Facility
Does anyone else hear screaming coming from the Section 13 laboratory? sad Only specialized GIB personnel with at least a level green access card are even allowed down there. What could possibly be going on?
Oh! And you get a FREE complimentary eye-exam! The examination room can be found in Section 13.

We do need rules to keep the party enjoyable, and if you follow them, you are gaurenteed to have a super swell time! -If you are not familiar with the Gaiaonline Terms of Service, please look them over.- -Be courteous and polite to our agents and our guests. We want this to be a fun time.- -If you see Ricette during the Masquerade, please thank her. She is the one who let us use her guild, and is just a super-swell woman! *corny thumbs up* In fact, if you have a fun time... Thank as many people as you like! A little thanks can go a long way.- -No sex, drugs, or alcohol. Rockn'Roll is A-okay.- -Money should not be exchanged for services (i.e. games and what not) without MY permission.- Each room has a set of regulations to follow for making threads. Please follow these rules. -Main Ballroom- Threads should be for dancing, chatting... *twitch* Bumping threads.... If you want to open a giveaway do so there. -The Lounge- More chatting. Contests and art shops can go here. If you want to charge, you have to PM me. No one should have to pay for anything unless they see a Zi-stamp of approval. (Which will be in the form of a post by me) -The Dinning Hall- Role play food shops for the most part. You are allowed to post any topic that pertains to food. No Alcohol.-Section 13- Post threads related to what you find in Section 13.... or role plays about Section 13.... Whatever. The first rule breaking offense will result in a warning. The second will result in getting ignore-listed by the Captain.
