After about 30 minutes of walking, Joe lead Mri to an elevator. They took this elevator to the top of the building. Where Joe lead Mri past a small outer room, used a keycard to bypass a blast door, and wound up within a lavish apartment. "This is the apartment. So...how are you going to explain yourself to the medical staff? we can't very well tell them your an ex-jedi..."

(( Ok, my brain is going to crap out soon so this will unfortunately be the last post for Mri for the night. >< ))
Mri'elen followed him in an uncomfortable silence, her grey eyes looking around the magnificent apartment, quite lavished indeed. Turning her gaze back to Joseph, she blinked, shrugging. "You found me while you were away and hired me as your asistant? would that work?"

((sleep well then. ))
Joe nodded a bit, then replied, " that could work...but we're going to have to make sure you know what items are what if they want to see you doing your assistant job in action. Either that...or perhaps have you sit in the secretary position? There's currently a droid working there, but it wouldn't be too hard to move the droid to a triage function for calls...and thus give them a break. In any case, Call me Joseph around here. As well, during our downtime I'm going to have to teach you the fine art of suppressing your force power, and thus avoiding detection. Just so you know, this is a private practice. My parents used to treat politicians and the 'upper crust'. Especially people who didn't trust droids or were paranoid about assassinations. "

Kaz stared out from the balcony, he was slowly waiting, waiting for his victim. He was hired to kill Master Lonus, lots of pay was involved for this bounty. He had followed Lonus here, now he would finally kill him.

Mri'elen lowered her head, her chin resting on the back of her hand in thought. "Secretary could work. Ok, yeah, I'll probably need it in case I see Lonus again..." Her expression saddened a bit, then standing with her arms folded. "Hm, thats good to know."

Joe tilted his head as he looked at Mri, " something wrong? did what the old codger say get to you or something? "
I should probably get cleaned up and dressed in my doctoral garb..I wonder if anyone is going to call tonight? I should probably send out the message that I'm back and ready to resume the doctoring that my family used to offer...

Mri'elen just sighed, walking over to one of the windows and looking out at the thriving city outside. "Did I betray the order by going with you to fetch back my sabers and to stop them? I don't think I've really become a sith...have I? I could sense that he thought so, but I never got to hear the reason why he thought that...He said that one of the padawans that returned had told him I had become a sith. But I'm not either of the two sides...am I? I just...Everyone at our temple looked up to him, I always admired him greatly, so to have him be so cold and think of me like that....it hurts." She had bowed her head by then, now holding herself, very very confused.

a major psychological blow...what would help her right now? a lobotomy? well, that would ruin her ability to think...perhaps a bit of surgery to remove the memories of the jedi temple? no..that would be as bad as a lobotomy. Wait..what would my parents have done if I was feeling similarly...given me a hug. yes...a hug.
Joe moved over and looked to Mri with concern, " do you maybe want a hug? There are times that it's the most effective medicine in the universe. And, as for being sith or jedi...I think he's just not open to the possibility of there being anything but a sith force user, or a jedi force user. It would be like a given...common sense to him...when for us it seems like a lie. Don't worry about what he thinks about you...it's never going to help, instead focus on how you feel about yourself. "

Mri'elen gave a slight chuckle, looking up to him. "Heh, I guess that would help. He's normally not so narrow minded though, but I guess loosing both his old padawan and one of his good friends to the dark side is a rather harsh blow. He could be concerned about how things are going for the temple." Sighing, she gave a slight shrug. "I guess since he was like a mentor to all of us, I'm just used to putting his opinion into consideration."

Joe smirked, and gave Mri'elen a hug, " Maybe it's time you stopped thinking of him as your superior. He might know things you don't, but I'll be showing you how to apply your knowledge in unexpected ways. Now then...It's been a few days, and I think we could both do with some time in the 'fresher. Would you like to go first, or shall I? "
If she goes first I'll use the time to notify those on coruscant that the good doctor has returned, and is ready for business...oh this is going to be a test of my anger management to keep from killing some of these clients...especially the ones who treat me like I'm still 8. ruffling my hair was acceptable then...but I'm a respected doctor now and if they do it...oh who am I kidding? I'm stuck playing their game at the moment. Soon....Soon I'll find a way out. Or at least better clients.

Mri'elen smiled slightly at the hug, nodding. "Oh, I'm sure I'll stop soon, yeah and then we'll give him a run for his money. Eh, if you don't mind me taking longer, then I'll go first. But if you just want to get it over with, then you can go first." She shrugged, tilting her head at him.

Joe motioned towards the fresher and said, " Ladies first...oh..and I do hope you enjoy the size of the bathing pool. Besides, if you take your time, I'll have time to schedule my first appointments of the day for tomorrow."
let's see...who was the most frequent client that my old man had...I believe it was the man who always thought he had a sickness or disease when he was actually fine...well, except the one time he actually was sick with what he thought he was sick with...I wonder how he's holding up? well, hopefully he's not gone and offed himself or something...

Mri'elen gave him a smile and a nod, "Alright, thanks. Heh, I'll definitely take my time then." She then went into the fresher, blinking at the size of the pool. Wow. Looking back as if she could see through the door, she sighed, shaking her head a little before she stripped and dove in, taking her sweet time indeed.
