Does anyone else here get excited about going into the Dealer's Room? All the merchandise just lined up in that gigantic room... it gets me excited every year.
So, what do people plan on buying? I'm going to stock up on discounted manga, and buy as many action figures as I can. And as always, I will not be able to resist the big-eyed gaze of the plushies.

-sniff- I wanted a yaoi padel so I could hit my boyfriend with it when he comes and visits. D:
But I really want the bunny bag from Gravitation. I think I might buy it for my brother's girlfriend. SHe likes those kind of things xD

I generally just get my anime stuff on line, so the dealer's room generally doesn't help much. Though it is useful if I need like a CD or something. I also look for special video deals since videos are selling for like 2 bucks a piece hehe. I'm trying to finish my Sailor Moon pin collection but no one seems to have anything but Moon and Venus (which I have.) ah well.
Generally the Dealer's room is just where I visit to kill time.

I try to not use it to kill time, only because I always wind up purchasing something ^^;;

and definitly don't go in the dealers room to kill time if the only money in your wallet is the only money you have to afford your ride home. xD

I'm planning on buying some Kyo Kara Maoh items, an AB t-shirt, some anime trading cards, a school girl outfit, some Yaoi stuff heart , and any eles that catches my eyes xd heart

Hey, what can I say? I'm a sucker for shopping! I'm absoloutley sure that I'm going to be living off of poptarts and microwaveable soups, so I'm probably going to be spending most of my time in the dealer's room....I'm also looking forward to the plushie making workshop, as well as the pirate jewlery making workshop.

Ah, I hear you on the lack of food. Last year all I ate that weekend was half a bagel, then I was given $40 for other food. Well, I bought two cereal bars, and two energy drinks... Then proceeded to the dealers room with the rest... Oops. Pop-tarts shall be my friend this year. I like the idea's of soups, but I don't believe the rooms in the Sheraton have microwaves... (Maybe I'm wrong)
This year, I'll definitely be aiming towards doujinshis if they have them again. Plus some new Jrock stuff would be nice. Or maybe hit up some of the manga deals on Sunday. Oh damn... Now I need to find someone 18 to by my yaoi... *Goes to look over my list of friends to find who can purchase it*

I enjoy the dealers room for the rareties that you can find there, I do not enjoy it for the jacked up prices of the norm stuff that can be gotten off the net for a much lower price.
But regardless, I won't be able to buy anything, mostly a. lack of space in bag, and b. lack of money. I'm relying on AB to feed me. crying Oh I love being on staff and not having to pay for anything.

I've never been to Anime Boston, so I don't really know what to expect from the Dealer's Room, but I really, really want to buy a Death Note. So... thats my big buy. Oh, and a Kon plushie for my brother. ^^
