STORY One Piece focuses on a ragtag crew of pirates called Straw Hat Pirates led by Captain Monkey D. Luffy. Luffy's greatest ambition is to obtain the world's ultimate treasure, One Piece, and become Pirate King. However, in this rp, the main characters shall be made up characters. Like all the other pirates out on the sea, they have two things in mind. One, head to the GrandLine and attempt to find One Piece, the greatest treasure of them all. Two, avoid getting caught and killed by the marines. While canons entering into the storyline is not required... It would make a better story. Have fun!

WHAT'S HAPPENED SO FAR... So far what's happened is that Liasi and her crew ride around the sea, Touki and Kissa argue on which direction they should go to after Liasi had made a few small repaires to the ship. They o South and they arrive at a Merchant town where they look for a navigator, and any possibilities of food. They find Uai, but then reject her. Kissa and Saki go back to the ship, but meanwhile Liasi is looking for her crew. Uai finds Liasi and attempts to help Liasi and her navigator needs. She finds Harmony, Harmony introduces herself to Liasi. Also when arriveing at the boat Touki and Kissa find Farrah a good sharpshooter and drag her on the boat Kissa then leaves for her room and Touki sort of tricks the girl in to taking some noxi cherry/medicene for a fever that made Farrah vomit, and now she's resting on one of the sick beds.

DEVIL FRUIT Devil Fruits could play a major role this in rp depending on which characters possess the power of a devil fruit and how many canons are being played. For the original characters, please limit 2 devil fruit abilities for each crew and only 1 logia-type per 10 crews (I doubt we'll have 10 crews but eh.) It is highly reccommended that you read this article. Ex:
10 crews
About 21 out of (more or less) 100 have devil fruits
2 devil fruits per crew
1 logia devil fruit in one crew
(1 crew can have 3 devil fruit users but not all crews can have 3, most will have 1-2) (sorry if I confused ya) Any and All Info on Devil Fruit

CREW POSITIONS Captain You are the boss, the leader, the head honcho of all things buccaneerish. You are the Captain. Since the tender age of whatever, you've been captivated by the imagery of pirates and their adventures on the high seas. From tales of the dangerous Grandline to stories of Monkey D. Luffy, you were there with rapt attention, listening and feeling your excitement boil over. Oh how you wanted to be a pirate. While age, inexperience, and nagging parents had you down, you continued to hope against hope that your chance might one day arrive. Who would have thought it would be so soon? The moment that Luffy made his annoucement to Logue town and the world over, you were among the silent and captivated crowd, your eyes filled with wonder. This was it. This was your chance. From there on out your goal, your destiny was decided. You were going to head out, start your own crew, and live your life as you had wanted. You were going to be the next Pirate King. Firstmate As the first crew member aboard whatever dingy ship the Captain will commandeer, you're expected to be loyal, trustworthy and, above all else, reliable. Of course, that's not always the case. Strong or no, you're the first, and that's pretty much all that it takes to be the firstmate. Whether you're a capable warrior or a dainty flower girl, it doesn't change your position on the ship. Of course, whatever talent you might possess, be it swordsmanship, cooking, or navigating, it is nothing more than an added bonus that hits two birds with the proverbial stone. If anything, it makes the Captain's job of finding members that much easier. Navigator While the Captain might very well be the heart and soul of the crew and its ship, you are its brain. What you lack in strength you more than make up in intelligence. Without you, everyone would be lost, in more ways than one. Maps, charts, compasses and all manners of pens are your tools of trade; a trade which, through years of study and practice, you've honed into an art form. Suffice to say, you're good at what you do, and you know that all too well. Sharpshooter Sure, while everyone else is cunning, strong, and brave, you can shoot things, and how. Be it with a bow, a slingshot, or maybe even a gun, you never miss your mark and always aim (hah, get it!?) to please. It's this very gift for accuracy that seperates you from the rest of the crew and marks you as an individual. An individual who's past shaped, molded and encouraged this talent. Perhaps you lived peacefully, hunting with your mother or father, honing this ability out of necessity, or maybe you were a young marine recruit who trained dilegently for years, ignoring your body in favor of marksmanship. Whatever the case may be, you're good, damn good, and there's little doubt as to why the Captain wanted you aboard. Suffice to say, while proficency might not be your only defining characteristic, it's certainly the most prominent. After all, you're not called the sharpshooter for nothing. Cook You are no stranger to fine dining. When other kids were outside playing and having fun, you were chopping vegetables, rinsing bowls, and watching masters prepare works of edible art. Frankly, if babies were born with clothes, yours would have been an apron. The kitchen is your battlefield and the various pots, pans, and other such utensils are your weapons. While you might fight the good fight with the rest of the crew, you always find yourself back here, filling bellies and washing dishes. In the end, a chef's job is never done: if there is hunger, you are there, if there is an empty plate, you are there, and if there is a recipe to be had, you are most certainly there. Doctor Broken bones, cuts, sprains, and all manners of illness: you can cure it all, well, just about. Doctor whatever is your name and saving lives is your game. Like the navigator, most if not all of your days were spent in study. Diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment, these are terms you've become far more acquainted with than your own birth parents. While the years have ticked by with each turn of the page, you've learned a lot and have grown into a capable and competent physician. Your Captain and your crew couldn't be more thankful. Still, you find yourself falling short of perfect, the secrets of medicine just beyond your grasp. However, with One Piece over the horizon, you've been given a battlefield of your own, a place to hone your skills and a chance to achieve your dream, whatever it may be. Shipwright From the top of the mast to the bottom of the hull, you know and perhaps even love ships. In fact, you build and fix them for a living, or at least you did at one point. In other words, you're no stranger to the ins and outs of putting a ship together. Whether you're a master, an apprentice, or you just hit things with a hammer, you seem to know what you're doing and it is that competence that will eventually attract the Captain's attention. Are you good at what you do? Of course. Do enjoy it? Maybe, maybe not. Perhaps you're the bitter son/daughter of a famous shipwright and were more or less forced into the family business, despite your kicking and screaming. Voluntary or not, you learned this craft and just happen to excel at it. Misc. Crew Member # 1 As a jack of all trades your place on the ship lacks both a title and a purpose. However, in spite of that, your teeming talents prove to be the perfect stand in for those who have yet to join the crew. No cook? No problem. Your past has been kind, granting you various realms of knowledge. Souvenirs, if you will, of experience that you've picked up through necessity or out of curiosity. Navigating, carpentry, shooting, first aid, and playing a musical instrument: you know a few things here or there, things that could prove useful to you and your crew. But you don't know everything. Your true talent lies in the number of skills you have under your belt, not in their mastery. While you might know how to get from point A to be point B, you're still no navigator. The same goes for everything else. By knowing everything, you're a master at nothing. And it is that flexibility that will make you the perfect asset to any able bodied crew. Misc. Crew Member # 2 You fiddle, you tinker, you take things apart. You're a curious sort, who's restless hands and inventive mind have constructed various gizmos and gadgets. While everyone is on one page, you're in another book entirely, and it is that bizarre behavior that makes you both a genius and a screwball. While fighting isn't your forte, your inventions more than make up for your lack of strength, and prove to be an odd, if not effective solution to the crew's problems. Child prodigy or demented old codger, whatever you are, the crew is in for a big surprise when they find you on their ship. Misc. Crew Member # 3 Four words can easily sum up your situation: sucks to be you. Ungifted in practically everything, your place on the ship is questionable at best. While everyone else pitches in, you're stumbling over your own two feet and falling flat on your face. Ouch. You may come to regret your decision to come aboard, or wonder why the Captain had let you join in the first place. Whatever ails you, you know one thing for sure: this is where you belong. Despite being weak, pathetic, and lacking in any sort of useful knowledge or trade, you have your reasons for wanting to be a pirate and continue to do your best in light of your dream.

Details: She has angel wings tattooed on her shoulder blades, only has her left ear pierced, platinum bangle on her upper right arm with a heart-shaped depression in it (her proof as a Valentine but she claims to have stolen it) Devil Fruit: Air Air Fruit (Kuuki Kuuki no Mi); Logia-type; Allows the user to transform into air and control both air and wind. The user can create gentle zephyrs to galeforce hurricanes at will. For some reason or another, the user also walks around with a light breeze around their bodies even when not controlling the air around them. History: Lucretia Valentine is this girl's birth name and has long been discarded and replaced with Liasi Swiftfoot. Lucretia was born to a marine family stationed in the Grandline. She learned military ettiquette from birth until her kidnapping when she was 9 (which was done for two reasons; one she had stolen and eaten the Air Air Fruit, and two, because she was the daughter of a high ranked marine officer.) Originally, this upset the girl greatly and she had always threatened that the Marines would come to save her, which was the intent of the pirate kidnappers. Her parents didn't pay the ransom for the girl but, instead, set up prices for the return of their daughter. Even with the best pirate hunters looking for the girl, she remained captive for 7 more years. Instead of keeping her hope that the Marines would come though, Lucretia began to learn how to become a pirate and changed her name to Liasi Swiftfoot. Somehow, it was forgotten that she was a captive instead of one of the crew and she eventually left the crew to become a pirate captain herself. She is still on relatively good terms with that crew but rarely talks to them. When she left, she bought herself a siamese-like cat, went by the name Muddle. This cat has become her trademark and follows her around wherever she goes. The cat is so popular with the girl that she has even made her flag cat-like. No one except herself and her crew know her true name anymore but she considers it mutiny to use her real name in towns. Details: the tatto in her picture is from an oath with her brothers History: Hye was born on a small island she is the youngest of her family. She's enever met her motehr since she died in childbrith with her but she had her elder brothers who were twins hince her ailas name and she had her father. Her father and brothers were all pirates so you could say it was in her blood to become a pirate and she has never regreted it even when marines toke her fathers life. Her father was hung when she was 9 her brothers were 11 at the time and the rest of the crew that was still alive toke care of thier captains children. Later on Gataro Hye's eldest brother became captain of his own ship he was 16 as was his brother Kanna Hye was 14. Thats when they got those tattos as thier oath to always be there for each other. Kanna left to become a great pirate on his own when he was 20 and then later when she was 19 Hye did the same. The three of them still keep in touch and Gataro is still captain of his crew Kanna is navigator of his and Hye has become frist mate of Liasi Swiftfoot's crew Likes: her brothers, her crew, booze, fighting Dislikes:Hang overs,men who won't fight her becuase she's a women Discipline: Use's posions often like to pour on food or in drinks but thats only when she has the time and when she jus doesn't want to get her hands dirty. She carrys a heart shaped silver bottle with a black bones cross on it that contains the fast acting posion ofcorse she also carrys the antidote in the cap on the catanier. Details: He has a tattoo on neck and right shoulder,tons of exotic accessories Devil Fruit: None History: His father always encouraged him to become a merchant with them and sell boats and other things too. He grew up over the seas alot since they were basically a band of merchants. He eventually became tired of the merchant life, and purposely fell off the boat with all his belongings. He eventually swam onto a doctor's property, the doctor was very happy he came though. The doctor was in need of great assistance, but no one was willing to become his lab partner.(That was because he was a loony-toon, he was very crazy... >>; ) The doctor taught him from a range of witch doctor teachings, to the actual scientific things needed to be a doctor. He enjoyed feeding animals poison berries just to watch them puke. He always enjoyed others pain, that's why he uses poison that basically makes your insides in more basic things, like liquids and solids. Insome ways, he is perverted, a bit romantic, but he tends to tease people in that sort of way. He is sometimes passive, and at times the person who lacks off. The one thing that bugs him are big-breasted women, he thinks they just get in the way sometimes, and only cause trouble. Unlike most guys, he not all that perverted, but he grew up and was taught by a perverted doctor who often visited the hot spings, where he made a peeping hole to see the girls. Saki didn't really like his teacher, but when the doctor wasn't perverted, it was alot of fun to be around the doctor. But soon enough when the doctor died of a deadly viral disease that wasn't contagious, Saki had to leave for the towns and live life on his own. Eventually Saki met "Liasi" when he fed her a poisonous berry that made people throw up, and then wanted to join her team after being threatened that he would be killed if he ever fed her that berry again, though he does put it in other of the crew members food for fun. Details: Has a necklace,Sea Shore's Breeze, a family heirloom Devil Fruit: None History: She is a Jamaican child that has a habit of saying, "Mon" or "Yah", or "Ko" at the end of every sentence, which would get annoying after awhile. She usually spent her life having a calligraphy paintbrush with her, and she usually painted wonderful picture that she would basically give away. She also liked to build model boats, and paint alot in her free time, though her parents didn't really like it and didn't think it was all that skillful. Her dad was a pirate so that was where she learned the basics and ettiqute of being a pirate. Her mother didn't encourage her to follow her father's footseps. Most people called her Uai, but if they want to b moe formal, they call her Ueoki. Uai grew up on a island where they only stayed there temporary efore shortly leaving. They just stayed and then left. It actuallyy made a good business with pirates, and Uai was a Inn Employee, so she was used to be kicked around and told what to do. Uai practically live the good life with conversations, good advice, and free food. Until one day pirates raided the island, stealin most of the Inn employees to work as slaves. Uai managed to escape, along with taking other people with her on a mini boat bac to the island. Most were killed before Uai escaped, so Uai basically got everyone still alive back to the island. Uai eventually said her good-yes to pursue her dreams of being a traveling merchant, selling her paintings and what not, and for a good profit too. Uai also likes to play instuments at times, she has a good skill with harps and different percussion and windpipe instruments. But those dreams soon changed when she wanted to become a useful pirate crew member. Likes: Icecream, Popsicles, Black and Chai Tea, Being useful Dislikes: Boastful people, foolish people, merchants that lie, bad bargains Discipline:Linked Numchucks Appearance:  Name: Maleko LaFelle Alias: Harmony Dubose Gender: Female Origin: North Blue Age: 18 Position: Navigator Body Type: Thin/muscular Height: 5'6" Weight: 115lbs Hair: Dark brown, short Eye: Red Misc. Details: The golden bangles on her wrists, and the one on her leg, were presents from her father way back when. History: Maleko's mother died from a post-childbirth illness, so she's an only child. Her father was a merchant, and she always wanted to go out to sea with him. She was sometimes allowed to, but for longer journeys he had her stay home with a friend. One day, while she was staying on the land, Maleko got a message that her father's ship had crashed. No survivors. After grieving him for a while, she decided to become a navigator. How she ended up a pirate, she's not quite sure, but her only real goal in life is to see the world. On land, Maleko is a bit out of it, and is more like herself at sea. Likes: Being at sea, learning new things, birds, aimlessly watching the sky, and other time-consuming and seemingly pointless things. Dislikes: Full-fledged morons, overly-emotional people, the rain, people who rush things, and alcohol. Discipline: Can fist-fight pretty well... Was never particularly interested in learning to fight with weapons, but keeps a dagger on her at all times. Appearance:  (without wings, tail) Name: Suimitsu (White Peach) No last name Alias: Momo (Peach) Gender: Male Origin: West Blue Age: 15 Position: Chef Body Type: Short, Thin/Lanky Height: 4' 1" Weight: 88,9 lbs. Details: wears a bunny suit, always cold so he often wears warm clothing, and is also blind Devil Fruit: None History: Momo was born on a ship, but the ship got burnt down, cinders got into his eyes so he became blind, and life became difficult for him. He got used to it in a short moment's notice, and was able to read brail(sp?). He eventually became talented as a bakery chef, where he made sweets on the Baratti. Without further a do, later he left the ship to pursue a life of baking things. (Yummy) He could tell temperatures and read words even without brail writing, sometimes. He can feel if the ingredient is the right kind, and he even has his own book filled with recipes, only read by him often.
