For the many moons past now, his mane was starting to become a bothersome annoyance to his sight. It fell over his eyes if he ran too fast or moved his head the wrong way, but he was getting used to it. His mane was inching toward his shoulders. His body was finally showing the efforts of his daily exercises. Now he was a lot happier, but still felt like something was missing. But what?
Dumu had escaped Ewan, at least for the while. His companion was asleep again, lazy bum, but what can he say, he is damn adorable. The demi-god cannot help but drop the things he does and just join the male. Lucky for him, Ewan is also small, but now, Dumu was just slightly taller, at least that was what he thought. Being with Ewan was possibily the best thing that he had ever done.
As his paws pressed on, his head fell, the dark red fur glistened in the sun and the soft mane fell over his head. For some reason.... he felt like something was missing, not just his family but something from him. As if something important had left him. But what?
His mind switched between pride, happiness, and then to discomfort as he moved around.

Fedha yawned as he moved through the grass, slightly away from the view of the massive sea. He just needed a little break from his family, was all! He did love them.. he knew that, his mind confirmed it and his heart seemed to keep reminding him. But sometimes it was too much, all of the affection and good-naturedness of it. So walks like these were needed. Not daily, but more than weekly.
His mane was full these days, had been before he had four gorgeous cubs. His body was rather scarred though, something not even that goddess could have fixed. He had more meat on his bones, perhaps more muscle... but he was still lanky and 'sickly' looking. Some things never changed.
Like the adolescent he'd met many, many moons ago with, he was feeling like something was missing as well. His night mares had certainly decreased since coming to the sea-lands... but something about that seemed to bother him. With out his glimpses to the future he was beginning to feel empty. Indeed a lion like Fedha could never fill his life fully with family. He was trying, but it was failing horribly.
He was beginning to get itchy paws and his mind was reeling faster than it ever had, he was going stir-crazy. But he had to stay in this place, he had to stay with Ausi. He loved Ausi, he loved his cubs. He told himself that softly every night, he needed to say it to himself because he still had trouble ever saying it to them.

Dumu's paws stopped as he sat himself down. He could not concentrate too well while walking, he needed to focus on the problem at hand.
What was missing?
His mind travelled about trying to figure out what was missing. Was it his brother? No.... he was strong, stronger than he was. Was it Athrun? No.... he was a God, he was immortal. Was it Azra? No, she had Athrun to protect her. Those two seemed inseperatable. Was it Ewan? No.... he was not far, Dumu could run back to him and if Ewan really needed him all he had to do was call for him. But what was missing?
If someone didn't know his relationship with Ewan, they'd say a female or maybe cubs or a family of his own. He liked both females and males, but Ewan was all he had ever wanted, no female could ever replace him. He had a feeling that Ewan had a lot of love to give, he could understand that. But what about him? Did he? What was he thinking, the only possible female he'd be with is if she happened to be loved more than Ewan.... unlikely.
So what was missing?
The son of the God of Loneliness looked up into the sky and sighed.
"Father.... tell me.... what am I missing? I feel empty, I feel like there is something important gone and yet I feel.... free.... Please, father, tell me what I have lost."

Fedha'Kialio did not dwell on his thoughts long, instead he shoved them away. There was no point in trying to find the unknown. There was not much a point in looking for anything, he'd spent his life looking for something he'd thought to be truly important. A mistake, a complete and utter mistake. Though the failure had changed his life for the... better, if less lacking.
His ears just caught the tail end of Dumu's question as he rose over a small hill, eyes landing on the other. "Lost..." Fedha repeated softly to himself, his mind surrounding the word and taking it in for a moment. Himself... had he lost his self? No... again, it was better not to question it.
His slender legs continued to carry him forward but he veered slightly to the left, as if to go around the other. His thoughts flashed through his mind like lightening, striking once and then twice. Too quick to grasp but something made him look at the adolescent again. "Hmm.." He looked famaliar, didn't he?
Fedha had stopped in his tracks, studying the dark, rusty-colored male.

Dumu sighed, trailing out in the lone silence. He tossed his head up as his mind's eye opened up again, the silver iris upon his head glowed brightly.
"Master Fedha? Are you there?"
That was right.... his visions, his powers have been a bit faulty, this was a first for him, never before in his life had his visions ever lied to him. He had misunderstood them or mistaken them for something else, but those visions did happen and were right, but now.... they were wrong at times and right others, so it was hard to tell what was right and what was wrong. His mind at trying to think about it but he sensed that the lion known as Fedha was near. The one who offered to help him with his powers, the lion who comforted her mother during her time prior to labor..... but was he really there or was it another lie?
It was a chance.
"Master Fedha.... are you there?"

Fedha blinked. Master... master... Dumu? He'd met this male long ago. "Here." He said, slightly loud so the other could hear him. He moved forward slowly, carefully. He wasn't sure how much of his past he wanted to confront right now. "You've sure grown." He said slowly, a form of greeting.

"As have you."
He said, his head still pointing toward the sky. His mind was completely out of it now, it seemed like it was just yesterday that he was born and it was just this morning he met Fedha for the first time.
"It's been a while, hasn't it? What have you been up to?"

Fedha whistled slightly and his ears perked. He moved toward Dumu and sat slowly. "Yes, quite a while." He watched the little, ah big seer, with interest. Had he learned control over any of his powers? Fedha had... Fedha had been terrible about his gifts lately.
"Been up to?" He said slowly, and then he also looked to the sky. Thin scars laying here and there on his body certainly held interesting tales of his life, though he didn't offer any up. "I... I have a family now." He stated slowly, his tongue feeling thick in his mouth. His tone made it sound as if it were a strange thing to own, but his face had moved into a kindly expression that was very rare for the adult.
"Though I guess that is not the only thing I have been up to... obviously." He grunted. "Life spins slowly just as the clouds seep from one side of the sky to the other. My life has been traveling across the sky as well; the winds still have not stopped." So he was into spitting out things that didn't make sense now, hmm?

"Amazing, a family? With whom? She must be very happy and proud, as are you, right? Didn't think you had it in you."
Dumu teased jokingly. Fedha had a family of his own? That was awesome, cubs, a love, someone-no, many to look up to him and love him too. That would be nice. However, Dumu had his own love of his life. He just not have told him yet.
"You have a family, and I'm still eyeing someone," the red male chuckled. "Congratulations with the family, Fedha. As for me, I am stuck wandering with a loveable lazy oaf. Be he's okay, kind and sweet, nice too, but hey, we can't all be chooser. Besides, if it weren't for him right now, I would be dead."

Fedha snorted slightly and shrugged his shoulders uncomfortably. He didn't know much about the whole family deal, so Dumu could think what he wanted to. But Dumu was right when saying and proud, as are you, right? Because Fedha was finding himself very proud of his family and his mate... He sighed slightly and watched the sky still.
His face jerked down when he heard he's. Had he just heard that correctly... did Dumu like another.. male? Fedha's brow twitched and his tail flickered across the dirt. "Ah?" He wasn't so sure what to say, he didn't know why it surprised him so much, after all his own mother was attracted to a member of the same gender.
"And how has your gift been coming along?" He was more comfortable on this topic.

"Oh... that, um, well...." Dumu looked down for a moment and sighed. "Not too well... even with the training I got from that wolf, I have developed the strange ability to see others, just like a still picture of their time of the present to see how things are... but as of late, things have gone bad to worse, Fedha. When I sleep near another, nothing, I dream of... nothing. When I come close to stranger, I hear nothing. When I try to see someone, I must go to them personally... but what is scary the most is that... when I touch someone, I see and hear nothing."
It seemed like what was going on was that he had lost his abilities as a seer, they had weakened not too long ago, false visions, strange dreams, but the false visions was what startled him. He could not trust in them anymore as he could get hurt if he were to follow such a path. What had happened to him? Was he being punished for something he did? Was it because he had feelings for a lion of the same gender? Was it because he was the son of the God of Loneliness? Was it because he was cursed?
"Fedha... did I lose it? I don't understand, what happened to me?"
