I just had a very interesting discussion with a couple of my friends, and I thought it would be interesting to have it with you guys too.
So.
Should those of homosexual nature be allowed to adopt children? Why/why not?
And please, no childish arguments against it such as, "because it's gross," etc. sweatdrop

why?
cos they are human being too .....
if they capable to educate well the kids, give the kids great life and do like normal family.

thats really discriminate to avoid them adopt poor kids who need parents!

Yes they should be allowed to.
They are human beings too and capable of bringing a child up.

YES! They should have the same rights as everyone else no matter who they love. That doesn't mean they arent capable of raising a child
Why can't they be happy just like everyone else?

I think they should be allowed, of course.
Just like Kookie said, they should have the same rights as everyone else no matter who they love. Just because they're sexually attracted to the same gender doesn't mean they aren't capable of bringing up a child.
Also, there's thousands of children out there who's lucky if they get a meal once a day; many get sexually abused on a daily basis. Who would want a child to go through all that, when many of them can be adopted by loving, gay parents who can give the child what it needs?
Many of my guy friends is against it because they keep saying the child would get bullied. I personally think that's a lousy argument, because children gets bullied no matter what your parent's sexuality is. And if parents are to be blamed because their children gets bullied, then no one can have children.

but yes, still it's really hard to be applied for this moment.. but i beleive years could make gay or lesbian the same degree as the hetero couple
