Which Roger is better...
Roger with short hair(as seen in the flashback which is also the way he appeared in the musical) or Roger with long hair as seen in the movie.
I much preferred the shorter hair.

Short. The only reason Adam Pascal (Roger) had it long in the movie was because the director (Chris Columbus) liked it long. He chopped it off after the movie wrapped because he hated it so much.

He said in the commentary, "I'm never wearing my hair like that again."
Amen to that. His long hair was gross! In certain shots in the movie it looked alright... but that's about it.

I really thoguht Chris Columbus was on some kind of ego trip when he made the movie ... He set it in 1989, for cryin' out loud, for the sole reason that HE LIVED IN THE LOWER EAST SIDE that year. How egoistic can you be? "Let's put me in rent somehow, hurr, hurr." Plus he didn't know a lot of stuff that anyopne who's seen the show more than once could tell you. He should have done his research... *steps off soapbox* sorry guys. I'm in a bad mood today.
