_Situation_Quote: Toys N Here is hosting a sale this week on everything in their store as a promotion for their grand opening at their new location in the Pandasades Mall, with loads of special offers and eye-catching deals. Just your luck -- your panda found their advertisement in today's mail. Your panda feels it deserves a new toy or twelve. The furry thing is begging you to go. You gave in.
The inside of Toys N Here is one great spectacle to behold. Colors and price tags everywhere, shelves piled ceiling-high, lined with all sorts of gizmos and trinkets. It's a brightly lit place with an atmosphere brimming with excitment and money being spent. You see a bunch of other panda owners, all trying to reason with their pandas that want everything and a bag of chips.
You wonder what your panda wants as you two enter through the automatic doors. From there, make up what happens next involving you, the owner, your panda, the guitar. Be sure to include what color guitar your panda wants. [From all the pandas that want the red guitar, one winner will be picked. Same for black and silver.]

Role playing/roleplaying/RP/RPing... What is it? A definition for role playing, or roleplaying, or RP, or RPing [last two for short] can be found here. Simply put, it's like storytelling with you as the author.
_RP Tips_
- Literacy really is appreciated. Capitalize your I's, punctuate your sentences, stick quotes in quotes, don't abbreviate stupidly... yeah, you got. Spell check never hurt anyone. Proof reading more than once helps too.
- Creativity is definitely a plus. Humor, cute things... Feel free to turn the situation into whatever you want, so long as it abides by all rules and concerns your panda, you, and the guitar.
- Third person, past tense is the usual RP style, but feel free to deviate from that with your creative license though.
- I'll mention it agan. Proper grammar and spelling rock.
- Entering more helps your chances.
- There is no required length, but it should end up at least over a paragraph.
- Make your writing interesting. Saying "good" and "the panda" and "my panda" and "panda name" over and over again gets to be dull. Try using your vocabulary and alternate words to refer to things. Starting sentences with different words other than "panda name" and "the" helps.
Examples: Good - decent grammar and spelling: I went to the store around noon. Chocolate, my favorite kind of ice cream, was on sale. After buying a carton of it, I felt contented during the drive home.
Bad - poor grammar and spelling: i went 2 the store and bought some chocolate ice cream bc its my fav and i drove home happy
Good - varied use of words: John looked at the table with a blank expression on his face. He was tired beyond belief. The cold, hard wooden surface of the piece of furniture offered him no comfort as his head made contact with it.
Bad - dull, repetitive: John looked at the table. John was expressionless. He was tired. He looked at it. The table was hard. He put his head down on it. It was uncomfortable.
- Have fun with it. (:

_Entrants and Entries_
Post them in this thread. I'll add it up here once I get to it.
Red Guitar EntriesInvisible Panda I mostly want red. 3nodding As we enter the automatic doors I watched as Pete's eyes lit up. The new toy store, any panda of any age would love it. Pete and I hadn't been shopping in a while and I knew from the start that I would have to convince him that he didn't need any toys. I loved to spoil him though, and I knew a a toy or a few would be coming home with us tonight. Pete ran in fast almost bumping into another young panda and her owner to the first aisle. It was stacked with toys like all the other aisles. This aisle was stuffed barn animals. Pete liked them, but not as much as he would what he'd find later. "Woah, Mom this store is AWESOME!" he shouted and grabbed a toy off the shelf. It was a stuffed horse nearly the size of him. "Remember now, Peter, you don't need all of this." I said quietly and smiled. He replied still excited and said "Yeah, I know..." and put the horse back onto the shelf only to scurry off to look at more toys. I loved the toys too, I was a kid on the inside, though a mother already. I picked up a bright pink pig plushie and showed Pete. "Hey Pete, isn't this cute?" I said giggling like a child. "Uh.... I guess?" Pete replied with only a glance at the pig in my hand. I sighed, I guess it wasn't the sort of thing a guy would like. I put it back on the shelf and hurried to follow Pete to the second aisle. This time it was toys with the theme of wild animals, different from the domestic animals from the aisle before. There were tigers, lions, snakes, lizards, bears, monkeys, and more. Pete liked this more and went towards the tigers. "I like tigers.." Pete said and stared at it. He was quieter now though. "Well whats wrong Petey?" I asked. "Well..... nothing really, I'm just glad its not alive so I don't have to fight it from eating you Mom!" Pete said and sort of smiled. Then he went to the next aisle. I was very...pleased I guess I'd say at the fact that my baby would try and save me from a tiger. I'm glad that would never happen though because I'd be too worried he'd get hurt even being near a live tiger. It was the third aisle now and about ten minutes had gone by. Pete was faster then I thought he'd be at looking at toys. We went to the next aisle. It was dolls. Pete looked down the pink aisle with a sort of disgust. "Ew, Mom, no.. No, how about we don't go down THAT aisle please" he half begged me. I was fine with this, I didn't want him taking too long, it was getting late. The fourth aisle was an aisle with tons of action figures. Pete loved this and ran over to some figures called 'shapeshifters' which changed their form from a human looking robot to an animal looking robot or something like that. He picked two up and began to make them fight with amusing little sound effects which I thought were pretty violent, but cute. "BOOM BOOM! Pow, pow POW!" Pete shouted with the figures above his head. He had this violent look on his face, but it was all just for the toys. He knew better then to fight with his own self. Pete put down the toys and breathed a long breath, which wasn't quite a sigh, but I knew he was getting tired. "So! NEXT AISLE!" Pete shouted and posed himself like a super hero and ran to the next aisle. "Pete! Don't run you're going to knock someone over!" I yelled after him. He almost knocked someone over on his way it, and that was pretty embaressing. Pete listened though and slowed to a fast walk. The next aisle became his favorite fast. Shiny things that made noise. Things that he could play with when he was hyper or not, things that took alot of money... Pete's eyes shined bright again, but probably the brightest. "Mom.. I was one" he whispered in awe. This was the first aisle he acted like this, in awe and not hyper when he wanted something. I was so suprised that the child in my near adult panda was brought out by a large new toy store. Pete ran towards a guitar. Yes, a guitar. I sighed smiling, a noisy toy, a noisy instrument, he just had to get one. I hoped he wouldn't wake up the neighbors with it, because I already knew I was going to get one for him. "I don't know Peter, thats alot of responsibility there..." I said so motherly and smiled knowing that I had already given in. "I know, I know, I know! I REALLY want it though, like so bad that I'll do... anything really!" he said trying to convince me. I found him adorable trying to do so, and pleased that he hadn't noticed I gave in right away. "Well... do you even know which one you like?" I asked him. "Yeah, sure I do, I want....." he didn't finish and sighed. "I like all of them" he said and plucked a string the the silver guitar. "Okay." I said and right then he jumped with excitedment "Yes! I promise I'll learn to play it well and make you proud! I will play your favorite song!" Pete promised being more excited. I walked up to the desk with a cashier sitting perky at it waiting. "I think I'd like to get my kid a guitar... " I said. "Well, any suggestions?" I asked. "Well of course! My boyfriend plays a guitar and he tells me tons of things about them which I really don't take interest in, but I learn!" she exclaimed and walked out from behind her desk. "Now this one is a starter, you can tell by the logo, thats the brand of course..." the staff of the store noted and walked to another naming each out well. "Wow, you really do know your stuff." I said. Pete looked around at the guitars still not knowing what he wanted... But he had an idea. "Mom, I want a bass." he said. "Okay" I replied and looked back at the woman who wanted to sell us one. "Ok-Dokie!" she said and went back over to her desk. "Peter, wait here and look around while I talk with the lady, okay?" I told him. "K Mom." Pete replied still looking at a bass. I walked back to the desk. "Is there any way I can order one and suprise him?" I asked her quietly so Pete couldn't hear me. "Yeah, of course. Just fill this out and it will be at your door in a couple of weeks." the cashier said and pushed a paper over to me. It was a form for ordering. I filled it out quietly. I checked red, silver, and black and wrote under it 'whatever would be good, its a suprise.' It was going to be a suprise for me, I didn't know what color Pete liked, and he didn't know himself. So I signed the form out with a check and gave it to the cashier. "Thanks!" she said happily since she made a sale. I walked over to Pete again. "Lets go.. we'll get it some other time" I said acting like I changed my mind. Pete's face lost excitement and he began to sulk. He knew better then to keep asking me about it though. We passed the sliding doors and walked to the car quietly. On the ride home I acted calmly and said "I hope you like it. It will be a couple of weeks, Peter." I focused on the road, but I could feel his face light up with my favorite smile. "Are you serious!? Thank you Mom!" He said but not too loud because I hated distractions while I drove. As soon as we got out of the car though, I got a big hug, and the rest of the night, Pete celebrated by listening to his favorite band and playing air guitar all night. I laughed at him and he laughed with me. I was just then, almost excited, ALMOST excited that he was getting a noisey toy..[The Last Waterbender] ((Red Guitar))Aang came through the door crying. “Dad, there still making fun of me,” cried Aang. The young panda took a seat on the floor, sitting next to his homework. The kids at his school had been making fun of him just about everyday now. “There just jealous that they don’t have an arrow,” I joked. It didn’t have an effect. “Look, there’s this new store that just opened up. It’s called Toys N Here, it seems like a nice place, and I know how much you like toys. I thought maybe since school has been tough for a while, we could get you a toy. So why don’t you forget about your schoolwork and let’s go there.” I said. I hoped I was comforting as possible. It seemed to have an effect. The young panda smiled. “Of coarse I want to go,” he stated. He put his homework in his book bag and his pencil too. He really wanted to escape. “Let’s go” said Aang in a commanding voice. We got in my old junky ford. At three times trying to start the car, we got it running. We hoped we’d get there soon. When we arrived there the store was vacant! No cars were parked there. We opened the door, and right there was a worker. “Is there anyway I could help you?” asked the worker lady. “No thanks ma’am, I just want to let all these toys sink in,” said the baby. “If you need help just give me a call, my name is Suki.” Aang ran down the first aisle. This one was full of stuffed animals. Aang loved animals, that’s why he never eats them, and because he’s a panda. There were toucans, elephants, gorillas, and many more. “Oh look how cuddly they are,” said Aang, he had chibi eyes coming up. Aang knew the rule though, one toy per visit. He always looked at the whole store before deciding though. My Son nearly tripped on his way to the second aisle. This was the video game aisle, oh I knew this would take a while, my son was into video games, just like peanut butter and jelly. He looked at all the TVs that had samples of the video games. His eyes glued to the screen, he stared blankly. There was this game that Aang was this close to buying, when he hit aisle three. Aisle three was the aisle where they had all the musical instruments. Most of the time this was Aang’s least favorite aisle, but today was different, today was the day he spotted a guitar. Aang went down the aisle slowly. Guitar picks-boring, music stands- don’t need ‘em, Clarinet Reeds-nope. But today was the day where they had the red guitar. It was a beautiful guitar really. It had sparkles, my son liked sparkles. It makes a lot of noise; my son liked that part too. At that moment I knew that I was going to end up buying that guitar for him. “Dad, I would really like that red guitar,” asked Aang. “Son, you had a horrible week, I couldn’t say no. I hope this will make you feel better,” I said heading for the cash registers. “Now you have something that no one else doesn’t have, now you can show off to them,” “I wouldn’t do that Dad, that’s not nice,” “I’m glad you thought of some one else before yourself. I’m proud that you learned that today,” I said walking out the door.
Minako-chan Panda Box RP Event !
Going for the Red Guitar. ^-^
---------------------------------------------------
Through the double doors, both Mina and Ripka stared at the space filled with loud noise and excitement. The shelfs were packed with multi-colored toys from velvety plush animals to gray metal ninja swords to bright pink baby dolls. Clusters of pandas were testing out video games and checking out the latest toys.
Mina let Ripka wander ahead while she grabbed the store's advertisement. She decided today they would have the whole day to spend time with each other. It surprised her that Ripka wanted to go out. He was usually quiet and fine with a book to read. She watched her young panda timidly standing outside a group of pandas near a display. She knew she hadn't been around that much lately. She felt horrible that she had been busy with school and really, had sort-of left Ripka on his own. She shook away the heavy feelings and sighed, "Well, today's the start of a change." She walked towards her panda. "Hey, sweetie. What's going on here?" She smiled at him, nodding towards the chatter from the other customers.
"Oh nuttin," He walked away from the group with his head down, concentrating so intently on the shop ad. Mina moved alongside him, "Hmm. So, what do you want to get?" Ripka glanced up at her and shrugged, "I dunno." "Alright. Well, we just got here and we have lots of time to check things out." Mina gave him a grin. "We'll go through the whole store if we have to. That's how I like to do my shopping," Mina let out a small chuckle. "Ok," was Ripka's only response. Well, this might be harder than I thought, Mina noted to herself.
They passed by shelves and shelves of fun toys. Mina tossed a beachball to Ripka, but he missed. They checked out the roller skates, but then decided they weren't a good idea. There were colorful bicycles and mini jeeps on display. Noisy red and green trains buzzed in circles on mini railroad tracks. Mina and Ripka snickered at a couple of panda kids tugging on a single video game controller. The aisles and aisles seemed endless. Mina and Ripka saw huge teddy bears that towered over smaller ones, like leaders of the group. They saw dainty dolls seated at matching dainty tea tables. Ripka wrinkled his nose at them and Mina laughed. "Heh, I didn't like those either," she commented as they past that section. "Yea, that was gross!" Ripka replied with a clear frown on his face. Mina let out a small chuckle, "Gross wasn't the word I had in mind, but we're pretty close."
The twosome rounded the next corner and came across the sports section. There was a basketball hoop just waiting to be played. "Ooh....let's take a few shots, Ripka!" Mina grabbed a basketball, bouncing it a few times before she aimed and took a shot. Score! "Yay!" Mina grinned widely at her panda. "Your turn!" Mina held the ball towards Ripka, but he backed away. "No way! I wouldn't make it!" Mina rolled her eyes. "You haven't ever played before, am I right?" Ripka slowly nodded with wide eyes. "Right, so you don't know until you try. You could be a natural pro! If not, you can learn to play well." Mina walked around Ripka. Then she placed the ball in his paws. "C'mon. Just bend your knees a bit and aim for the hoop... Then, when you're ready, jump up a little and throw it." Ripka hestitated, gulping twice before he attempted a shot. He missed the first shot and that slowed him down even more, but he tried again. The basketball bounced off the rim the second time, but he didn't give up. Mina stayed calm and quiet, just watching her baby try something new. Ripka concentrated hard on this next shot, hoping with all his heart he would make at least this one shot. Swish! The basketball rolled around the rim and down it went through the net. "WHOO!!! Hooray!" Mina cheered and hugged Ripka from behind. "Yeah! I got it Mina!" "Yes you did! Great job!" Mina snuggled her babe a bit more before she let go. "Kay, let's check out the rest of the store before it gets too late." Paw in hand, Mina lead Ripka to the next section.
The next area was startling and stunning to them both. All kinds of musical instruments were hanged and displayed, from golden drum sets to shiny silver flutes. The array of guitars was what drew Ripka the most. The young panda moved towards the glass displays, standing in awe of the breathtaking tools inside. The three biggest and shiniest guitars were hot smoking red, midnight black, and silver fog displayed in individual glass cases. Mina met up with Ripka and stared. "Whoa, they're something, aren't they?" Mina stated with obvious admiration. "Uh-huh" was all Ripka could say as he placed his paw against the glass. "I would love to have this red one. ...I want to learn and play it.." Ripka whispered to himself, but not without Mina being able to hear. The girl watched her panda, seeing his eyes mesmerized by the radiant guitar. She smiled a bit, remembering how she could look at some things and be in love. Then she noticed the price tag. Oh crap. What a price! Mina took her eyes away from the offensive sign and placed them on Ripka again. He looks so dreamy and in love. Oh my. Mina huffed out a sigh, Well, there goes takeout and my mall shopping. I'll actually have to cook something tonight. Mina groaned a little before tapping Ripka. "Sweetie, guess what?" "Hmm?" He barely acknowledged her, causing Mina to laugh out loud. "Well then. I guess you don't want me to go over here and pick out the guitar I want to buy for you." Mina starting walking briskly away from the guitar cases ready to be sold. Ripka whipped around, almost chasing after his guardian. "Wait! Mina!" She stopped and turned, smiling mischievously. She couldn't help it. "Yes, darling??" "Did you just say you want to buy a guitar? And for me??!" Ripka grabbed her, shaking her til she laughed again. "I may have...." Mina tapped her finger against her chin. "Hmm, I believe so. So.... Let's go buy you one!" Mina grinned at him before skipping back over to the guitar section. Ripka jumped and cheered and yelled, "Whoa! Awesome! Thank you Mina!!" He raced over to join her, snatching up the case for a red guitar. "Kay, time to finally check out of this place," Mina said, taking the case in one hand and Ripka's paw in the other.
[ There may be a few things off in the talk from me and Ripka only because it's an intentional part of the chatting and Ripka is a child. Otherwise, my grammar and spelling should be decent. ^^; ] Silver Guitar Entries[The Last Waterbender] ((I want the silver one)) Aang and I were just leaving the Toy store when he came up to my leg and gave it a hug. He was a young panda. “Dad, thanks for this nice guitar,” smiled Aang. ”I’ll never forget this day,” said Aang while getting in the car. The story began in the morning, full of excitement. When I woke up Aang came running in the room, chewing on a little bamboo. “Daddy, look, there’s a sale at the toy store!” exclaimed Aang. “Is there anything you like?” I said in a tired voice. I was still half asleep. “Oh yeah, there’s lots of stuff. Even a Sky-Bison plushy!” said Aang full of energy. “Let me wake up a little bit, and I’ll take you. I have some spare cash with me today,” I said yawning a little bit. I knew I was getting into trouble. Aang was full of energy. He loved video games, and games. He loved toys. He liked to goof off. Aang knew why he wanted to go to the toyshop really. He wanted a shiny silver guitar. He found it in the Sunday newspaper. His dad played guitar, piano, trombone, trumpet, organ, and marimba. His dad was like a walking instrument. I woke up in the next fifteen minutes. “Aang, did you eat some bamboo cereal?” I asked him. “I nibbled on a stick,” he said. “Okay, let’s go,” I said with glee. We got on our shoes. Well, I did. Aang doesn’t wear any. We got in our car/taxi cab. That’s how I made a living when I don’t work at the factory. When we arrived to the toy store there were only two or three cars. We must’ve been the first customers. ”Good” thought Aang. The automatic doors opened them, and Aang ran with his air bending down the aisles. I got was raged once I saw his paws go in that formation. I wouldn’t ground him of course. I was too nice to do that. “Aang, I don’t want you air bending in public” I said in a stern voice. “Sorry Dad, there is just so many good stuff here!” exclaimed Aang. “Can I look down the video game aisle?” he asked in a toned voice. “Yes,” was all I said. I liked video games just as much as he did. “Daddy, look!” said Aang about five times down the video game aisle. “Aang, I only have a certain amount of money, so you can get one thing” I said. I had to be serious about this, because if Aang could own the toy store, he would. We had been here for at least a half hour, Aang, not deciding to buy anything. There was one more aisle to go down. The aisle where they kept all the Instruments, and they were going down that one. There were pianos that played three octaves. There were little accessories, like little guitar picks, rainbow colored music stands, and of coarse the guitars. There had been a huge sign, saying, SALE ON ALL GUITARS, Aang stared at it. I knew that this is what Aang had wanted. He looked at the silver guitar, and just stared at it blankly. “Daddy, can I have one of these wonderful guitars?” asked Aang asked shyly. “Now Aang, when I buy this you know that this will be a commitment? Playing any instrument is. Like the piano, I had to practice once a day, and if I didn’t I’d have to pay for lessons that week. Now I wouldn’t mind teaching you, but you have to give a commitment. If you don’t practice, you’ll lose your rights for playing video games. And you’ll have to earn your strings, guitar picks, and I’ll get you an amp.” I said in a strong voice. “Of coarse Daddy, I will try my best!” exclaimed Aang. “I have a question though, how will I earn strings, and guitar picks,” asked Aang in his cute voice. “We’ll talk about it later.” I laughed.
….
When we got home, Aang started ripping out the package. “It’s so shiny!” he said full of happiness. He was getting tired, his day was all over for now. He fell asleep with his new guitar in his hand.
Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf ((going for the silver guitar. Wasn't 100% sure what size the pandas are. Going on rather small for this RP, considering that my panda's egg is in a jar. ^_^))The human woman felt the tug of pleading eyes directed at her before even turning around & sighed. Maybe if she ignored the feeling it would go away? No such luck. Not only did the look coming from the panda in his panda home not go away, but other sets of eyes were adding to his. Not the least of which was her own son, aided by his Jivvin bond. Swallowing a whimper Trelweny turned to face the silent pleaders. Xiang their faerie panda was standing up in the garden of his home, clutching what looked to be a newspaper ad. How he got it the widow did not want to know, for they did not get any newspapers out here in the woods near Bass'ken lake. Maybe it came with the mail. Her nearly three year old son, Theron, was giving her one of those looks that made him seem far older & wiser than his years, Ambar clearly in full agreement through their telepathic bond. She winced, knowing she would cave in already. The kunkun Tien's "Bitte bitte bitte bitte!" was not helping either. Why's it stuck on German today, instead of kunkunese? She wondered to herself. There was a gentle pressure at her knee and Trel felt a comforting soft chuckle in her mind. The pregnant fae kyunru there just smiled in her demure way. *Are you going to look at it?* She wanted to say no... but she took held her hand out for the flier with a droop of her head. Reading it she cringed, only to feel Keyna's soft & gentle mental nudge. Toys N Here: Grand Opening! *But I hate shopping!* Theron smiled, catching his mother's thought and with a triumphant grin moved to her and grabbed her hand to pull her to the door. "Mommy go now. Go now. Take 'banda." The child's free hand pointed at Xiang. The pink on pink male faerie panda said nothing, but begged with rounded eyes & put his arms up to be taken along. Trelweny did not know if he could speak or not, for he had said nothing since hatching a few days ago. Of course he was still a baby. Theron did not speak much eaither yet, and that was a fairly new development. At least for the child to speak anything other than what his mother termed 'divine baby-babble'. Shaking her head she picked up the panda & took Theron's hand. "Yenenin!!" Tien did a backward aerial flip in delight and Trel winced. Taking the kunkun to a store? Only those familiar with the kuns. "Tien, you need to stay here." Violet eyes went wide, glazing with silent eyes as its chin started to quiver. "Awww... Yureshe..." *Keyna... help, please?* The kyunru chuckled. "Tien, lets find Kirin & Trel-kit disa with." Tien perked up instantly. "Disa?!?! Yenenin! Pelae!! Disa!!" It flew off singing, Keyna following slowly behind with a gentle chuckle. "C'mon you three. Lets see if Eiracelyn will give us a ride." Of the Ninau she probably would have asked Timex first, but she knew that the one that bore her dead husband's name and semblance did not like to stay in the city if at all possible. And this store was fairly far into the city. Thankfully the red mane-d ninau was amicable and the group made good time riding on the snow-marked back of the large ninau as he laughed with nickers and whinnies at them the whole way there. - - - - - - - Entering the store Trelweny heaved a sigh at the sight. This is exactly why I hate shopping... The noise, the shelves, the items, the crowds of people .. and far too many decisions. Snagging a cart she lifted Theron just before he could run at a particularly off-balanced looking display and snapping him into the child seat with the belt. Ambar put her paws up on the cart & yipped, somehow stopping the child's tantrum that nearly went off. Xiang fluttered his wings and took of with a sound of delight to see everything. "Oh great... Xiang! Wait up! Ach! Ambar! Get down!" Theron laughed seeing his mother flustered even as his bond put all four paws on the floor with an amused flap of her small sienna colored wings. [I'll find him!] She yipped with mischievous helpfulness. Hard to tell if Trelweny understood the Jivvin drada or not, for as soon as her cart was free she took off after the fluttering panda, weaving the bulky cart around the other shoppers. Theron was "weee!"ing as they went, finding much fun in the chase. Xiang had stopped to gaze at a display, tiny wings fluttering to keep him airborne. Seeing first that nothing had happened to him, Trelweny then let herself check what had stopped the panda. It was a music display. Horns, drums, guitars, keyboards, and more -all in perfect panda sizes. A harp momentarily caught her eye just as her son reched for a drum. Quickly she moved him out of reach and with a shake of her head returned her thoughts to see what had captivated their little pink & winged friend. Guitars. Red, silver, and black. The bard in her reached out and very carefully strummed a cord on the nearest -which happened to be red- and it sounded nearly perfect. It would need a little tuning, but still Trelweny was amazed at the clarity of the miniature instrument. "You like the guitars, Xiang?" The little panda nodded, eyes still wide and a little glassy. "Which color do you like best?" "Ret!!" Theron exclaimed, reaching for a red guitar. Momentarily distracted in keeping things out of her son's reach the widowed mother did not see Xiang fly forward and take into his arms a silver guitar, lovingly running his paws over the neck, frets, strings, & body of the instrument. "No, Theron! You don't get to pick!" The child frowned, to be consoled by a furred head against his leg. Thankfully without a scene. Trel breathed a sigh of relief & turned back to the panda. Seeing him with the guitar she smiled. "That one?" Xiang nodded. "Please?"Trelweny blinked, shocked beyond surprise. It was the first communication they had shared... how could she not do as he asked so sweetly? Black Guitar Entries[The Last Waterbender] ((Black Guitar, I'm gonna' join once more to try and grab the red one.)) “Aang, can you get the mail?” said a deep voice from his owner. “Sure Dad, I’ve been itching to get outside all this morning,” said a Panda with an arrow on his head. Aang opened the door…he tried to at least. It was jammed. He took a strong grip with his extra thumb. (Ya’ know the one that they hold bamboo with.) It still wouldn’t budge. This time he knew why, there had been a huge morning Sunday paper under the door. He quickly grabbed that, when an ad came flying down. “GRAND OPENING SALE, FROM DOLLS TO ACTION FIGURES,” was the head banner. “Silly Dad, there is no mail on Sunday!” laughed Aang. “Oh yeah, I guess I was just tired. Now today is my day off, what would you like to do; we could go fishing, or maybe just go walk down a forest trail.” I said. I was tired, Aang could tell too. “Well Dad, I was thinking we could check out this new store called Toys N Here, look at the magazine!” exclaimed the young panda. I looked at the ad. It seemed fine really. I hadn’t gotten Aang anything since Christmas. “Sure, we live just a block away from the shop, we could walk there since it’s a gorgeous winter day,” said a young new panda owner. Aang and I got ready. Quick breakfast, I had some bamboo leaf tea, and Aang nibbled on a chunk of bamboo. We ran for the door. I had a nag for toys too. Always will, just something that clung to me. Probably because I like happiness, and you can always find them in toys. The automatic doors welcomed them with other Panda owners. It looked so friendly. Colors of any color circled around them like they never ended. From shelf to shelf, aisle to aisle, there were boy and girl panda items, colors, and more. Aang couldn’t take this all in. “Daddy, may buy this whole entire store?” questions Aang, he had a lot to learn since he was a young panda. “No,” I said in a chuckle. “Do you think I’m the richest person ever? You can get one thing and one thing only.” Aang frowned. Only one thing, he was used to being to be able to get at least three things. But Aang knew why. Prices here were expensive even if they had forty or fifty percent off. Aang looked down all the aisles, just glancing though. One aisle got his attention… It was the fourth aisle, second row. There had been a black guitar, full of glitter. Even the strings seemed to shine. It looked so nice. “Daddy, I know what I want, I want this wonderful guitar. I can be a one man band!” “Now sonny, you need to learn how to play first,” I said laughing and grabbed the box it came in. “I know, but then I can be in a band, wait, I think I can find some other pandas that want to be in an all guitar band!” exclaimed the motor mouth. “Okay, I’d be more than happy to teach you.” I said with excitement. Teaching my own son how to play an instrument seemed fun to me. “Let’s take this home, and then get some dinner.” I said laughing. “Thanks dad, let’s go home.”

Iki was like any adolescent panda, easily pulled into advertisements and schemes. "Sister, Brother! Can we go to the toy store? puh-leeeaaaazzzzeee~~?" Iki begged to the two older Pandas.
“No.” Byakuya said as he rejected the teen bluntly.
“Aw, why not Byakushi~” Sakura said to him. He always said no to anything Iki wanted.
“Just because no” He said bluntly.
“Fine, Iki and I will go. Maybe I’ll run into… Sasuke.” Sakura said as she took Iki’s hand. “Lets go, Iki~” Sakura said.
Byakuya’s ears perked in discontent as that guy’s name was mentioned. “Wait, I’ll come with you!” Byakuya said quickly as he dropped whatever he had in his hands. The three set off to the mega-mall’s ‘Toys N Here’. Iki held onto one of Sakura’s hands and one of Byakushi’s. The sushi panda hummed happily as they approached the large mall. Iki let go of both the adult pandas’ hands as he ran and held the door open for Sakura and Byakuya to hurry up. Sakura was as excited as Iki. She ran into the mall after him. Byakuya was silent, constantly on the look-out for you-know-who . The two hyper pandas ran into the toy store happily without a care in the world. Byakuya had lost sight of them for a while. He was prepared to go on an all mall search but he realized that Sakura was waving him into the toy store.
He looked around and went into the toy store. Iki was fiddling around with the new ‘Tickle me Elmo’ while Sakura watched him. Byakuya looked around the stuffed animal section, thinking he might get one or two for Iki and Sakura.
Iki pulled on Sakura’s hands as he led her into the instruments section.
“Sakura, Sakura! Look at the pretty guitars! Can we get one?” Iki asked as he tugged on the side of Sakura’s dress.
“No, we can’t get one. You know how Byakushi will get if we buy a shiny black guitar.” Sakura said.
“Then can we get shiny fake guitar that can’t play?” Iki asked.
“If we were to get a fake one, we might as well get a real one.” Sakura said.
Byakuya wondered where Sakura and Iki went. He was holding two soft plush toys in his hands. One of them was a kitty cat that looked like the cat in ‘Prince of Tennis’. Ryoma’s cat which was a TY baby named Peaches. The other was a teddy bear from the Russ Company from the ‘bears from the past’ series. (yes I have these IRL XD. UBER CUTE.) Sakura was just purchasing the guitar as Byakuya went into the instruments section and pointed to them.
“What are you two buying?” Byakuya asked them sternly.
“A guitar…” Sakura said as Iki hid his face into her dress. Iki held onto Sakura’s devil tail in his two soft paws.
“Oh, okay.” Byakuya said.
“What do you have there BE-YA-KU-SHEE?” Sakura said straining every syllable of his name.
“Nothing” he said as his face blushed.
“Hey, we told you what we bought. Not you tell us~” Sakura said.
“Fine, they’re stuffed toys. I might as well pay for the guitar as well. He said as he placed the two soft plush toys on the counter next to the shiny black guitar. He took out his wallet and pulled out the right amount.
“Here’s your change, please come again~” the clerk said politely.
Sakura carried her new Peaches the cat toy and Iki hugged his Russ bear. Byakuya, in the end, carried the guitar in its case on his back. The two adults held onto one of Iki’s hands and the three walked home.

I mostly want red. I was just then, almost excited, ALMOST excited that he was getting a noisey toy.. Edit: I bet you can guess what Pete did with his new shiny guitar. If you can't... well... he started a band. ;D

((I want the silver one)) Aang and I were just leaving the Toy store when he came up to my leg and gave it a hug.

((Red Guitar))Aang came through the door crying.

Panda Box RP Event !

((going for the silver guitar.
