Welcome to the Wii Thread!  Here you can discuss The Wii, Games, Channels, Peripherals basically anything about the Wii I just have one rule No saying things like "the Wii sucks" with out stating why you think it sucks, it's find to not like it but don't need to post here saying it.

Well personally I might just ban anyone who even mentions the Wii and sucks in a sentance together *bans self* See!
Anyways, I like the look of the system and I understand the concept but I know next to nothing about the software or the capabilites.
Mostly wireless right? Well that's good, is the power cord wireless that would make me happy. How would it be cordless, hell if I know?

Well that's good, is the power cord wireless that would make me happy. How would it be cordless, hell if I know? the controllers are wireless (well except the wire that connects the Nunchuck or Classic Controller to the Wiimote) but everything else is wired

Well I don't have it crying but sooooooo want it! I just wanna play the built in mini-games on it basically sweatdrop So what kinds of mini-games are there? I don't even know what there are but I sooooooooooo wanna play 'em xd

I don't even know what there are but I sooooooooooo wanna play 'em xd There are quite a few games out, but mini-game games are Wii play, Wii Sports and WarioWare. All the games are really good, but my favourite is Zelda: Twilight Princess 3nodding

I once heard that I would get the chance to find and download many older NES & SNES games to my Wii! Is that true? Because that alone would send me into wild fit of Wii mania! *smiles*

Nah, you have to get all the games separately. But, I can see why you'd think that. The console comes with the Wii Sports disc, and you can download ROMs of older games (like Moleje mentioned) for a small fee...and those are saved in the internal memory, so it's almost like they're built in.
