Okay... these are the questions on everyones' minds: How does the experience system work, how do pokemon with unique conditions evolve (other than the stones available), how does HP work, and how does damage work?

Well, here's the answer:

Baby pokemon evolve at level 15.
Pokemon that evolve with Unlisted evolution stones stones and items evolve at level 40.
Pokemon that level up via friendship (other than baby pokemon) evolve at level 35.

Okay, now for experience:

Every battle is worth 5 experience points. All pokemon gain experience at the same rate.

Starting from level 6, experience needed to level up starts at 30 and gains 10 exp. per level after that. So, to lvl 7 needs 40 exp; lvl 8 needs 50 exp, and so on.

Next, we have HP. HP starts out at 25 (except for legendaries and Chansey/Blissey/Wobbuffet; they have 40) and gains 5 HP per level for basic pokemon , 7 HP for Stage 1 evolutions and single-stage pokemon, 9 HP for stage 2 evolutions, and 11 HP for legendaries and Chansey/Blissey, and Wobbuffet.

Finally, we have attack power.

Damage is determined as shown:

Damage = Move Power / 3 * 1.5 (if same type using) * .5 (if opponent resistant) * 2 (if opponent's weakness)

ex. 90/3 *1.5 *2 = 90 dmg

Damage is rounded down.

Well, that's about it. I'll add more as I go along.

shirog79 and I have discussed it, and there is a new way to calculate attack power. Here goes:

DMG = Move Power / 3 + (5 * (current pokemon level - 5) * .5 (if opponent is resistant) * 2 (if opponent is weakened) * 1.5 (if pokemon is same type as move) + 5 (if black pokeblock equipped to attacker) - 5 (if white pokeblock equipped to defender)

Damage is rounded down, and you must show the math in the battle!!!

EX. Lv. 25 Flareon's Flamethrower vs. Lv. 35 Ludicolo (HP 259) w/ White Pokeblock

95 / 3 * 1.5 * 2 * .5 + (5 * 20) - 5 = 142 damage given. (117 HP left)

Well, that's it.

So how exactly does one catch more Pokemon? Are there any percentage chances with the different Pokeballs?

And how do we keep track of levels?

Whoops, didn't see the percentages next to the Pokeballs...>.>

But yes, I'm wondering on how to obtain more Pokemon...

You find and catch more pokemon in the training areas. For the pokeballs, however, these are the key die numbers:

pokeball: 4,7,10
great ball: 1,4,5,7,10
Ultra Ball: 1,4,5,6,7,9,10

How do you know what attacks your Pokemon has? Or do I get to choose them? Or are they the default ones in the game for that level?

You would need to get the info from serebii.net. Suppose that a pokemon starts out with 5 moves, so you have to pick 4 out of the 5.

Well, suppose they still get the exp from the battle but cut in half. You would have to PM shirog for that, I didn't make the guild I only paid for it.

I hope that helps. Thank goodness that there are COM in the classroom.

All pokemon start at Level 5, even the Legends.
