A wannabe big-city girl, Cess has been using literate to advanced writing as a release for all her raging hormones that have gotten her in trouble in real-life scenarios countless times before. She tends to make a lot of mistakes, being selfish and prideful. She also has a knack for getting addicted to pretty much anything, and abstinence (from sexual to nutritional) is like pure torment.

Four score and fifty minutes ago, this healthy author doth conceive the proposition to birth a tome.

So far, I'm only on the bottom rung.
But hey, everyone's gotta start somewhere.

So.
Here I am, in my old middle school, sitting at my old choir teacher's desk, bent over this so nobody will see my untidy scrawl and translate its meaning.

Since this is my first entry in the tome, I suppose I should give a bit of information about myself.

I am a freshman in high school. Once exposed to something, I find it difficult to get enough of it--examples are...hm, let's see...
Well, sex. I don't mean intercourse, because I'm not that much of a slut (I just play one on TV). I mean any sexual contact. Abstinence is torture. Torment. Horror. Unimaginable, tantalizing pain. Needless to say, I also have a tendancy to go overboard on adjective use.
But anyway, back to the whole sex thing. Just any sexual contact in general will become addicting. First it was holding hands, then it was gently stroking the arm/leg, then it was kissing, and then it went on to more unholy things that shall not be mentioned in here, lest anyone should find it.
I'll be sent into a rage at a moment's notice; all it takes is for me to not have enough of what I want--which happens easily enough, believe me.

Food is another thing I can't get enough of. I've tried going anorexic and starving myself, and it's so hard! I just love food, and that's all there is to it.
Another aspect is that I'm addicted to music. Yeah, I know, it's super-duper cliche, but if I could make this a musical journal, I would. But I can't, so I'm going to express myself literately instead of with musical note.

I still have no idea what I'm going to name you; this is going to take some serious www.babynames.com searching to figure out what it's going to be. I take names very seriously, even if I am entitling the name to an inanimate object.
However, I promise that whatever name I choose will be worthy of this gorgeous tome.

What else was there to put in on her first entry?

Cessily sighed, set her pencil behind her ear and closed the tome, smiling faintly as she moved her fingers along the purple cover's glossy surface. She'd known there was something...odd about the bookshop--aside, of course, from it being run by some odd furry...thing with 'medusae'.

It had been one of those situations where one enters with caution, but then finds themselves past a point of no return by the time they want to turn around.
That was when she had seen the tome. The gold leaf of its pages seemed to glow in the soft rays of sunlight streaming in through the window, and the rich color of the cover reminded her so much of royalty that she'd just had to take it.

And so she had, paying no mind to the price, and had bustled off to the next item on her agenda that she was already late for because she'd taken time to peer through the window of the shop on her way there and...well, one could see where it went from there.

Good news!--I've figured out a name for you.
Peregrin, a.k.a. Pippin. From The Lord of the Rings. I've adored that fandom for, like...ever. And it so fits how I imagine your character to be--that is, if you were a character (which you're not...I don't think): adorable, energetic, bloated and playful. A Hobbit, down to the last tiny hair on his foot.

Anyway, yes. Just thought I'd update and let you know that before I ramble about my life.

So, yeah. My parents got me this big tin of Jelly Belly jelly beans, and I'm somewhat alarmed due to the fast rate at which the level of the candies is decreasing. I looooove the Very Cherry flavor--if I could describe the taste and how much I love it, I would, but (of course) I can't.

Dear Pip,

I've discovered something terrible about myself: I can't stop getting into the concept of breedable pets. There's so many, but I can only contribute the time to one--and that's this tome here. What am I going to do? Maybe I can resort to naming inanimate objects, like jelly beans...
