UPDATE: The Roleplay has now started. I will post a few starter threads, but if you want to post another one just make sure RBFUE is in the Title.
Every Thread that takes place within the RBFUE Universe begins with this:

Obviously, because of another screwed up Rocket Plan, all the Pokemon within range (IE: All of them) are now Humanish. This leads to craziness.
If you want to start a RBFUE RP (Say, one that focuses on what MewTwo is doing, rather than the other character) be sure to THAT (Points to the quoted part) in the first post and sign up for the characters you want Below. They will be added to the Master list.
Also, be sure to put RBFUE in the RP Title somewhere.
As the Rocket's Best ******** up Ever universe begins to grow, it will get very, very complicated of who's who and who is taken and who can be played by new comers.
Hopefully this thread will help with that.
If you join one of the RBFUE role plays (Eventually, not ALL the roleplays will be RBFUE), just let us know here. Before joining a RBFUE, check to make sure that character isn't taken.
As of Now the characters will use their English names, to avoid confusion. (This is different from the 2007 version where we used Japanese names, but that got crazy.)
Also note if you signed up for a character in 2007, you are no longer signed up for that character. We are starting completely over.
A few other rules for RBFUE:
1) We will be writing is full paragraph format. So please try not to use script or txt talk.
2) There's going to be het, male/male, female/female and everyone/pokemon in this RP eventually. It always happens. Dont freak out.
3) Remember that we follow all the RP sub-forum rules, Guild Rules AND Gaia rules in here as well.
4) RBFUE has traditionally only played with Anime character. But we could do a PokeSpe version of this as well in it's own thread, no problem. Though for characters that appear in both the anime and the manga but are significantly different you may want to specify yourself as , for example Anime!Lance or Manga!Lance when you sign up.
