A kingless country that is trying to establish a new government. As it is a Winter Island people inhabit but not near the snowy hilltops. There is snow all year round.
(In One Piece; Chapters 130-153, Episodes 78-91: When Nami catches a fatal illness, the crew is forced to stop at Drum Island. As they find out, due to the actions of the previous king, Wapol, there is only one doctor left--a "witch" named Dr. Kureha who lives at the top of a mountain. Luffy and Sanji must journey up the mountain, but meanwhile the exiled King Wapol returns to reclaim his country. Here, they met Tony Tony Chopper, the reindeer doctor who helped cure their illness and fought with them against Wapol's men.)

Dycho had gotten off the boat and walked towards the town. Instead of his short sleeved red jacket he wore a Long Sleeved red jacket and a black scarf around his mouth and neck. "...GEEZ...I swear why can't they have a spring here" Dycho asked himself as he shook a little from the cold.

"NOT THAT BAD MY a**" Dycho yelled with anime sharp teeth and white eyes which showed he was angry (In a humorous way 3nodding ). "But you got a point...the snow is kinda nice" Dycho said looking up at the sky.

Revan smiled underneath his cape and mask. This was a pleasant change from the average day to day of living with the Widowmaker's crew, risking life and limb to protect her and destroy her enemies. The other good news was that he'd left his student to die by the hands of the captain.
Death's too good for her.

Dycho stretched his arms over his head and yelled "YOSH". He then looked around and said like a baka he is "Now where do I find me a banana tree?".
