Michael Knight is not one to mince words about why he entered Project Runway. “I wanted to win the competition and take over the world,” claims the 28-year-old designer. Inspired by the artistry of the late Gianni Versace, Knight was born in Nuremberg, Germany and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. Currently a resident of Atlanta, Georgia, Knight is a self-employed fashion designer and stylist who says that his passions are food and music when he's not eagerly anticipating his next fashion move. Knight has a degree in Apparel Design and Merchandising

micheal did not desire 4th place...but he did not desire 2 win cus i did not love his
collection i thought it was all rite but he should have gotten 3rd though 3nodding

I loved Michael throughout the whole season...and then I saw his final collection. I don't know what happened to him, but a lot of that I wouldn't even walk out of the house in. I think there is a fine line between sexy and just plain trashy, sorry Michael. I still love you...and your "grill"

i have to agree. his stuff was very mainstream and wearable but the final collection was a flop. i think he tried to hard to impress the judges. :/

Yeah, his collection was gross, but so many people still liked it. He had a lot of good ideas and he seemed like he had good character too, so I liked him quite a bit.

Michael's designs are hot. He is one of the only ones from the show that's actually doing something. He knows how to fit clothes on people. He's briliant. I actually seen some of his runway shows since the PR & it's hot. Don't snooze on Michael.
