Okay, we can work out the cost of the guild in this way:
1. The original cost (20,000)
2. The sub-forums (25,000)
3. The money in the guild funding. (1,000)
But because we are nice, it's reserve is at 40,000gp. The buyer will get complete control over the guild and will be able to boot out anyone that they wish apon payment and can rename the guild, forum and subforums however they wish, they can also perminantly delete the guild if they want to.
By the way, I need to talk to Ren before this all happens, he hasn't been online in like forever and I seriously need to discuss these matters with him. I was the Co-captain once but he demoted me and decided to sell the guild. I honestly don't know what came over him but obviously he's strapped for gold. Anyways I'll try to have the guild sold as soon as possible.
