Coathl grumbled under his breath as he rose from the concrete moving just fast enough so that the watery beast didn't grasp once more, "I'm just fine there, it's going to take more then a few face fulls of concrete to stop me." he laughed as he moved once more in an instant, appearing in the dead center of the bloody mass. "How about we turn the heat up?" he said, as his entire form became engulfed in flames, the flames condensed and shrank, becoming white hot as the compressed them futher into is hands. The silence of the ghost town was shattered for an instant as an explosions shattered glass windows for miles around, in his hands Coathl held a minuature star. And it was about to go Supernova. "Wanna make this a double wami?"
"okie dokie!" Zensekai brought the spirit of Fire to his hand and mimiced the star in Coathl's. "time to sent this thing back to hell... litterally...."
A sly smile spread across his lips as he released the star which was now going into a red giant, and inches above the surface of the creature it exploded, and left nothing of the creature but an echo of a watery scream. "That was too easy." Coathl commented for a brief moment.
"Coathl ever the master of the obvious, still far to flashy for your own good, you old fool." A sinister laughed.

"what was that!?" Zensekai asked and looked around. He was nervous, when monsters felt good enough to mouth off to you, that was normally a very bad sign. How anything lived through the duel attack was remarkable, whatever it was was pretty damn stubborn.

"Come on Zensekai old buddy, don't you recognize me?' came the evil laughter once more. He had changed much over the years, he now sported a completly different body, but the same soul still swarmed inside , a fact made deadly obvious by the blood red eyes that shown back. "It's me Anubis" he laughed, his face momentarily flashing the jackal headed motif which was his true form.
"This isn't possible, how the hell can you have any powers left, there is no one left to worship you." Coathl said, completely confused, you see, Gods unlike other powerful entities took power from those which worhsipped them. But Egypt had fallen, why was the Jackal headed God still here?

Zensekai's eyes widened. Indeed how? There was going to be a horrendous twist to this, he was sure.
"Don't you idiot gods ever learn there's better things to do than annoy ME?" Zensekai stomped his foot and sighed sarcastically.
"Coathl, something's wrong here... Any ideas?" Zensekai said telepathically to his ally.
