So, this came up in the requiem RP, and I thought that it would make a good topic to chat about! Hahaha.
Ok, so, here's the question.
Can Chii go to the bathroom?
I've been keeping Chii as similar to the Chobits Chii as possible, but, this Chii is more human so I thought that maybe she could use the bathroom.
However! The matter of the Chii-net over Ashura came up. If Chii is expected to cover Ashura for months on end, then she wouldn't be able to go to the bathroom, right??
What do YOU think?

Whoa....that boggles the mind.
ROFL! If she did go to the bathroom and had to stay as the Chii-net-thingy, she'd be peeing on Ashura!!!!! XDDDDDDDDDD
My conclusion: I don't think she has excretory functions. *sagely nod*

Well, seeing as she's not eating when she's a net, she doesn't really need to go...
*still chuckling*
I think that, when she eats, she probably does. When she was turned into a net she was no longer a living organism that needed food; it seemed to me that her soul was just stuck in a net-body for awhile. So...I say Chii can make excuses to go to the bathroom. She's alive, after all. >_>
Though this brings up another interesting question: what about Fai, Subaru, and Kamui? XD All they eat is blood.

Hehe! You made a thread about it! xd I already answered you before about Chii. As for Fai, Subaru, and Kamui...I don't think they would if they are vampires. At least not from anything I have read, do vampires do that. *vampire nerd* >_>

Ooooo, there's a question for the books. Do vampires go to the bathroom...
Well, if they drink blood, the body would suck the nutrients from the blood, and then everything else would be waste, right?

Well, what would be waste? I mean, do vampires have their own blood? What about their antibodies? Their immune system? Or does the magic over that? Are antibodies a source of energy for them?
...I'm going to shut up now before I get waaaay too into the biology of the situation. @_@

This conversation is little disturbing! O_O Vampires are usually undead so their bodies are not like the same as people. They're supernatural~! Hehehe! CLAMP vampires may be different, I think. Especially for Fai's case since he's not really a full vampire, ne? I still think they wouldn't go because their bodies are alive by unnatural powers. =X
Oo! Yuko-san! You can still use the excuse of Chii going to the bathroom if you want because I am sure she would still take baths and wash her hands and face.
