Yes er...spring break is a time to let loose and have fun, and some people prefer fighting to do this. So for said people, an arena has been set up on the water for fighting, and sparing with someone. Its a large, clear, and thick structure that is rather circular, and depending on what you would like to happen, it does so. If you want it to be challenging for the both of you in which you only have a small piece of structure under your feet, it can be done. If you want it to be off balance or such, then it can be done, just put in your requests to the arena manager and the fight can begin. If your intresting enough, your battle may even cause a small crowd to gather, will you be the one who is cheered on?
Arena Manager: A tall, muscular man in his late thirtys or so, who is a cross between a refree, a fighter, a worker, and a manager. He looks like he loves to fight, and can come off a bit scary to children [D:] but he's good for fighting and knows his stuff.

[That manger NPC should scare Hotaru and Ecchi xDD]
Ecchi sighed and laughed slightly "Yeah alright" he said giving in as he put his hands behind her legs to keep her around him and started to walk off. He stopped for a bit of food though, his mouth still numb after that cold contest. He bought them both a warm piece of fried dough and put his in his mouth as he walked along, soon finishing it off. He was glad to be around Hotaru in such a happy place for once, it reminded him of the cherry blossom festivals they went to when they were kids. They always went together even when some guy would ask out Hotaru, or when a girl asked him out. Though that was rare-er because it was obvious to most girls that he was only ever going to have a thing for Hotaru. He padded on down past all of the major food stands and over to the beach area.
His eyes fell upon a large group of people crowding around in a circle as a man was in the middle talking about something. He followed some of their gazes up to the large platform on the water which stuck out like a sore thumb. "What's that?" he asked Hotaru, even though she obviously didn't know the answer, and walked forward so that they both could hear what the man was talking about.

[Oh gawsh, what if Hideo showed up? DDD; That would make a scene, Hotaru having to kiss him and all... then she'd slap him and have Ecchio fight him xDD Well, maybe not.]
Hotaru gave a triumphant laugh when Ecchi had grabed her legs so she didn't fall off of his back. when she was handed a piece of fried dough, she quickly nibbled on it, and finished it off shortly after Ecchi finished his. "I remember eating this stuff." She said happily, her head nuzzling into Ecchi's. She noticed the beach, as they were walking by the area, and wondered if they were stopping there. Apparently not, because Ecchi kept on walking!! Oh well, they could stop by later if they wanted to. Her head then turned over to the crowd of people, her ears perked up. when he asked what 'that' was, she shook her head, not knowing.
They made their way up to the crowd of people, Hotaru's head up the highest. She looked around, her eyes cathing sight of the rather... scary manager. [just imagine her face being 'D;'] "Oh... my..." She mumbled, ducking her head back down. He was scary looking!! "He's scary-looking, Ecchi-kun!" She whispered, noticing that no one else seemed frightened. Then again, she and Ecchi were the only kids in the area. However, the whole concept of fighting on the water fun, and she tapped the top of Ecchi's head. "We should participate!!" she said merrily.

Ecchi grinned slightly as he heard Hotaru's words and felt her duck behind him slightly. He couldn't really blame her though, the guy was a little intimadating, even for him. Ecchi lightly frowned though when she mentioned fighting on that big dome. That sounded pretty dangerous for both of them, though he knew that Hotaru would be an even match for him. They fought all the time and wrestled when they were younger, Hotaru was never really a girl who was scared of fighting with a boy, and Ecchi wasn't scared of loosing to a girl. But he sighed "Yeah alright" he agreed again as he walked over to the area where the man was at. He still felt intimadated though so it took him a moment to say something, his grip on Hotaru tigtening protectively slightly.
"Excuse me sir, but I wanted to know if my friend and I could battle?" Ecchi said, his voice managing to come out normal as he calmed down slightly. The man had a scary look on his face though when he turned and grinned a little creepily, but Ecchi just guessed that he was exicted to see fighters. "SURE!!" he said increadably loudly, making Ecchi's widen quickly, but he managed to not yell from surprise. This guy looked to always have overflowing amounts of enthusasim or something. Ecchi wasn't sure on what kind of battle to have so he just ended up asking for a surprise one, where random things would happen to make it harder. He kept Hotaru around him still, his eyes glancing over in slight surprise when a large meal peice came from the platform and all the way over to the land. It looked to be like a moving sidewalk because when he got on with Hotaru, he didn't have to walk. When they reached it, he gently set her down as he went off to the right.

[xDD I don't want Hideo to ruin such a perfect day. xDD He already popped up earlier!! DDD;]
Hotaru gave a small squee when Ecchi said it was okay, and she gripped him a bit tigher when he also tightened his grip protectively. Hotaru was never afraid to fight with any guy, unless it was Hideo. She was... afraid of Hideo, simply because he had a lot of controll over her. Hotaru would rather savor her freedom than feel locked up by Hideo's twisting promises. she was awoken from her day-dreaming when she suddenly heard the manager shout, and she nearly leaped off of Ecchi's back. her ears had flattened back on her head, her eyes widened.
She watched as Ecchi boarded the moving sidewalk, and she sighed when she was put down. When he went off to the right, she did just the opposite and went to the left. She took in a few deep breaths, stretching her legs and arms out slowly. She then rolled her shoulders, and she looked over at Ecchi. She was ready, and she gave a short nod to show this; she patiently waited for Ecchi to show he was ready too.

[Let's bring Hideo and what's-her-face here to watch xD Mostly 'cause I wanna rp with them more >o>;]
Ecchi glanced over at Hotaru, suddenly worried slightly because he wasn't sure how he was going to fight her. When they were little it was even, they both were just using thier strength, but now they had powers develop. He couldn't remember what hers were or if she had some, but when he saw her look at him to see if he was ready he suddenly gave a nod. Yes...he trusted that Hotaru was equal or at least close to the same strength that he had. He cleared his mind of all of these stressful thoughts as he got ready for her first move, he was going to see what she could throw at him...and he'd dodge it and then start with his own attack. It would probably go like this untill they both got so into it that they started to attack each other and no longer block the attacks coming at them.
Hideo walked up onto the beach, he was wearing a pair of jeans, and a long-sleeve white shirt. It was his date with Izumi, he still wanted Hotaru more though, he was just using Izumi for kisses, plus he promisedt his to her a while back. He glanced over notcing Hotaru and Ecchi getting ready to fight, he shrugged, he wasn't going to bother himself with them today, or at least yet, he still needed lips and Izumi's were closer.
[D: Yeah ~ so they are just going to be there, but not cause any trouble for Hotaru or Ecchi. I just don't want to post in two places for them D;]

[xDD I have the desire to say "Hotaru-esque". there, I said it, and now I am content. xDDD]
Hotaru looked at Ecchi, wondering how much stronger he was after these years of just messing around when it came to sparring. She figured she's dive him a heads-up, however. "Ecchi-kun! Just to let you know..." Hotaru started, still in her fighting position, "I've gotten a lot faster!" She added, her voice still in that adorable tone she always used with Ecchi unless she was angry at him or depressed; even then it sounded cute, though. She watched as Ecchi nodded, and without a moment's hesitation, she almost seemed to dissappear from her spot, and almost immediatly appeared under Ecchi. She swept her leg at Ecchi's legs, but he jumped! Hotaru blinked in surprise. He used to be tripped, but he never fell to the ground. Now, he could jump it completely. when he attacked her, she would block it by moving her arm to the place where he was about to hit.
Izumi watched curiously as Hotaru and Ecchi fought eachother. Was that supposed to be... fun? such an odd thing to do for fun, but she didn't really care today. She had been on this date with Hideo for a good deal of the day, by now, but Izumi wasn't clouded completely by desire-- she could tell she was only being used. However, her dark eyes wouldn't show this, and her face wouldn't either. Of course, this upset her a little bit, and this was one of the reason's she hated Hotaru; she had not only one, but two guys more than willing to spend their days with her. She knew that Hotaru didn't love Hideo, and she was so pissed that Hideo kept pursuing her. It wasn't going to happen! And she knew that... Ecchi and her weren't going to happen.

Ecchi had jumped and then kept his body up from Hotaru with his wind powers, a fresh gust of cloudy-like-wind was under his body as he was in an un-graceful sitting postion. He straightened up and glanced to her, slightly surprised at how fast she was moving. He almost didn't jump in time but because she had annoced it, he was expecting it. Without hesitating again, he shoved forward his hands causing a huge gust of strong wind to be leached upon Hotaru. He saw it shoving her back a little already, she was already half way to the end of the platform because he had done it so suddenly, but then she had stopped herself. Most of time people weren't strong enough or smart enough to do that, he expected Hotaru to be different of course, then again what love-struck guy wouldn't?
Hideo glanced down and over at Izumi with a smile "Promise me that you'll only want me" he wispered to her as he pulled her up in his arms. Alright...sure he was using her, but that didn't mean he didn't have a soft spot for Izumi. She was cold and mean usually, but she was still his he thought as he leaned down and licked her lips before kissing her happily and walking her down, slightly further away from the crowd, but not too far where he still couldn't vaguly see the images of Ecchi and Hotaru. Hideo sat down on the beach with Izumi in his lap as he kissed along her neck, his hands around his waist.

[I meant that an Izumi x Ecchi pairing wasn't gonna happen. T____T]
Hotaru squeeked when she was shoved back to the middle of the platform, however her boots had managed to help stop her. Thank god for rubber!! she thought to herself nervously. She was crouched down on the ground now, her brow furrowed as she thought to herself silently. Her ears were laid back defensively, and her eyes almost looked angry, even though Ecchi would know that this look showed that she was 'concentraiting'. Her ears perked up suddenly as she had an idea, and she dissappeared in a flash again. she then popped up in the air right behind Ecchi, intending to knock him off of his little cloud of air that kept him aloft. If it worked, he would smack down onto to the round with Hotaru on top of him, and if it didn't, she would merely fly over his head. If she did, in fact, land on the ground by herself, Ecchi had the advantage.
Izumi blinked at Hideo's words, not really wanting to promise him that. He held one hand in the other, hiding her crossed fingers as she said, "I promise, Hideo-kun." She then quickly released her crossed fingers, but still keeping her hand over the other so it didn't seem suspicious. she knew Hideo wouldn't notice anyways; he never did. Izumi wasn't all that cold and mean when she was around Hideo, but it didn't mean that she wasn't sneaky. She gave a small grin when Hideo kissed her, though, and she would just... pretend that he meant it for now. sure, this would come back and laugh in her face someday, but she decide to enjoy it while it lasted. She found herself in Hideo's lap away from the crowd, however, and he kissed along her tan neck softly, his hands securely around her waist. Ugh, he always teased her with her neck! He knew that it was where she was sensitive, along with her shoulders.
