Okay, So this is the first time I've really done anything like that. It might be the last too, depending on how the Guild takes it in.
Guild is only three months and some odd weeks old, yet we have already reached 20,000posts, developed a core posting "family" and had a contest. If you ask me, that's pretty damn impressive.
In my three and a half years on Gaia, I've had quite a few guilds. None of them have been as successful as this one. None of them lasted as long as this one without becoming one of those dead guilds people post in once a month just because they see it on their list while bored. That may be why I love this Guild so much. It went from being just a joke guild I made with Rassie one night into becoming my main reason for still being on Gaia.
I'd like to see Guild continue to grow. More importantly, I want to see it grow into what you want it to. I want to know what the members want. The Feedback Thread is hardly used, which I guess I can understand because I doubt I'd post in it either if I was a member but I'd like it if you could take your time to post your two cents in this thread.

I say we get a new banner or two, maybe get some artses for the ******** of it, and I believe we should convert the images on the homepage into a random image thing so that it doesn't take up so much room. As much as I love every sexy body on that front page, and believe me, I do, I get lost sometimes just looking, but I don't really like having to scroll down so much to look at the post count and such. Not that I do often, but it's also the only way to see the ones on the bottom. As much as I love the ones on the top, the ones on the bottom don't get seen as much and in a randomizer they'd all get the same air play as each other.
I propose me asking that one person that drew that arts for me the one time if she would do a group picture of selected Guilders, who will be voted on by the guild in a poll where we don't shy away from the whole "popularity contest" crap that somehow destroyed a lot of what MPL used to be. (Lol, weak MPL.) We will have to decide on how many people to include, after asking the person that drew for me (gotta look up her name) how many she'd be comfortable with and then go from there. If it's gonna cost a lot of money we maybe could let other Guilders donate to it, as I would suspect the art would be used for recruiting others mostly.
I also offer up the idea of some sort of ******** up fund raiser conducted outside of the Guild to raise money for s**t Guild might like to do (contests, more art, more sub forums, random give aways, sex with Gramma, whatever) as well as to bring knowledge of Guild outside of the guild so that we get more REQUESTS to join rather than random invites. As much as I like random invites the random invited generally are the ones to post for a week and then forget all about us because it wasn't THEIR idea to come here. If they joined they're more likely to actually be interested, and with fund raisers of some sort they would hear about us, they'd probably see how awesome we are as we're posting outside of the guild, and they will have no choice but to follow us like sheep back here. biggrin

Yeah I'm with Rass on the whole random image thing on the front page. We shouldn't change it to something else because the bodies on front pagee is what makes Guild an attraction.
The rules are fine as of now. I don't think this needs to become a poll guild due to the fact that polls don't give us gold constantly.
I don't think we should have too many subforums in my opinion because when we become more active, we wouldn't be able to keep track of all the subforums.
New banners are a yes. I could try making some, but I won't guarantee that it'll be a success. We need more artists in Guild that's for sure.
I think we're fine with the contests as of now. We should have more contests outside of guild though as an advertisement.
We have a lot of crew members in my opinion, so no new crew members.
Recruiting members from public forums is better then recruiting members from other guilds. It's more likely for them to post because a lot of the people from public forums aren't in any guilds.

My only other comment is that I do not feel there should be a rule about how people can address the guild (dear or att). Freedom of speech is what makes people enjoy talking and interacting with one another without fear. If we make such a rule we will discourage people from being or becoming members of this guild.

Witchiepoo0 My only other comment is that I do not feel there should be a rule about how people can address the guild (dear or att).
