It had been months since that meeting, and frankly, Kiyoshi was glad that he’d run into Suoh. His life had taken a turn- for the better. His sister had moved out with a boyfriend, he had his house to himself- he was doing better with his art, and through Suoh, even got a few modeling stints, occasionally. So for Kiyo- the meeting with Suoh had been more than a simple run in that made him a new friend. In a way, it was the start of a new life for the male. Running his hand through his hair, he sat there, on his leather lounge, wondering what the other was doing. Picking up his cell phone, he scrolled through his phonebook. The cursor fell on the name he wanted, and smiling, he hit the dial key.

Suoh was constantly receiving calls from his sacrifice, and Kiyo had no intention of stopping. It was something that kept him happy, and so far, the model hadn’t objected to the calls either. Kiyoshi hadn’t yet ventured to call the other at obscene hours, but eight at night seemed to be pretty average for him. And so, sitting there, at eight at night, the male was calling his fighter, wanting to know if the other was busy, or if he wanted to talk. He knew that Suoh was usually busy- but that didn’t stop him. He felt completely at ease with the young man that he’d met- and he loved to be able to call him his friend. Even though at first they’d somewhat made each other uneasy, Kiyo found himself sinking into one of those infatuations that he got with people. This one hadn’t yet gone away though.

Turning the television down as he heard the dial tone on the other end of his cell phone, he fidgeted with the button of his shirt, looking out the window at the starry sky. It was a nice night, and he was relaxed- so why shouldn’t he indulge himself with talking to someone that he wanted to?

Riiiing. Suoh made a grab for his phone only to be stopped by the make up artist. Crap. He never usually had a problem with picking up the phone and if he didn't, Kiyo might get worried. Riiiing. The ring tone became more insistent. Suoh huffed, disturbing the person who happened to be tinting his lips. This resulted in a streak of tint up his cheek as the model lunged for his phone, snarling at those that tried to stop him.

"I need to take this phone call!" The artists took on bitchy poses and glared at Suoh's retreating back. The fighter ignored them. No point in arguing, they'd win. Suoh rolled his eyes and stepped out into the cool air. His sacrifice was more important than this job.

Taking a deep breath, Suoh smirked and opened the phone. "House of God, Moses speaking, how may I help you?" Suoh's way of answering the phoen was... odd. It had thrown his sacrifice off at first though he had gotten used to it in time. Mostly, it made Suoh laugh. After a moment, without letting Kiyo answer, Suoh went on.

"Who sent you?" His grin broadened. He could imagine the look on Kiyo's face.

Kiyoshi waited out the ring dial, a small frown becoming evident on his face. He didn’t want the other to be in trouble for talking to him. When the other picked up and answered though, his lips broke into a wide grin. Kiyo waited out the customary answer, and blinked. “I wasn’t sent, I came of my own free will,” he chuckled, a twinkle in his eye. Suoh’s unique way of answering made him grin all the time, and he liked it. “I didn’t get you in trouble, did I?” he asked, frowning. “I didn’t mean to,” he whined, seeming a little tired tonight.

He leaned against the back of the couch, happy again. “You’re working, aren’t you? I can tell, somehow,” he smiled. “I just wanted to say hello, or have a talk or something… I didn’t see you or talk to you yesterday.” He realised how pathetic he seemed to sound, but he brushed it off, hoping the other just thought that he was tired, or a little sleep deprived- something along those lines.

Kiyo knew how much the people who Suoh worked with could get snappy, and he prayed that he hadn’t got his fighter in trouble. “I can go though, call you tomorrow afternoon or something.” He nervously fidgeted with his clothes again, feeling a little guilty.

Suoh chuckled softly as he listened to Kiyo fret. Typical of a sacrifice, not that Suoh minded. He loved that at least someone cared enough to worry about him.

"You didn't get me in trouble. They should expect that I'll answer the phone no matter who it is." Suoh sighed. His work wasn't going to accommodate him. He had to accommodate them. This made life just a little more difficult.

Hearing that Kiyo wasn't busy pleased Suoh. He had nothing to do but work... Not that he wanted to. So he'd leave. An impish grin spread out on his lips and Suoh raked a hand through his hair.

"Keep the door unlocked, i'll be there in half an hour." Maybe he'd get scolded, maybe not. Quite frankly, Suoh didn't care. Let them fire him. There were others who wanted him working for them. Skidding inside, Suoh snatched him bag and ignored the protests of his coworkers as he headed out the front door to his car. They could go suck on it.

The male held onto his phone, close to his ear, and hearing that the other was more than happy to have him call, he smiled. Hearing that the other was leaving work though, he immediately got up, going to the door of his apartment and unlocking it, even as he was on the phone. "Oh, okay! Um... Sure," he laughed. "I thought you were supposed to be working, though? Nevermind." Kiyo had stopped himself asking too much, because he knew that the other wouldn't want to hear it, anyway. So instead of scolding the model, he simply accepted what he was doing, and flopped back onto the couch. "Are you hungry? I have chinese food," he chuckled, looking at the untouched assortment of rices, noodles and spring rolls, in the clear plastic containers, sitting there with chopsticks. He'd ordered it before, but had decided that he wasn't hungry.

"Sorry! I'm holding you up again. I'll see you soon then, right?" he asked, and smiled. "Bye, Moses!" And with that, he hung up the phone, running around to clean up the house. There was a pair of pants on his floor, and several pages of old sketches littered around. Above that, he had newspapers thrown on the floor, puzzle books, board games... Clearing them all up, stacking the games under the coffee table where they belonged, he put the still hot food in the middle of the glass table. He knew that the other wouldn't be here for a while- so he didn't get anything to drink out. And even if Suoh wasn't hungry,he figured that he'd be more inclined to eat knowing that his Fighter was here, completely at ease.
