Athought I must say that there are afew things I ask you think over before trying to invite someone:
-Make sure they are online often enough to be in a roleplay and not hold people up.
-Literate roleplayers only please.
and thast really all I know that you need to watch for.
Just be sure they will meet the requirements you have to and we will all be fine and dandy.
