To answer both of your questions it's made with sans wormwood so it's not illegal but i dont know how strong it is but i'll know after i take the first swig.

There are so many illegal things that happen in this country(USA) they'd rather go after crime syndicates than bust someone that 'payes them'(He sells albums and with that they charge tax and taxes pay cops).

He is what you call a Narcissist Narcotics user, so obviously if he is one like Target Audience(Narcissist Narcosis)-Track 5 on Holy Wood, and he produces his own brand of Narcotics, he's going to blend his name in with the name of the drug.
