I know, it's my first time doing a review. xD
Anywho. I borrowed this game from a friend, and it's turning out to be very good. It is a four-disk game, for the Playstation console, and I have been playing alot lately...
...I am only a slight bit into disk one, so I will be updating this as I go along. It is very Final Fantasy-like, and pretty good, with beautiful (and frequent) cut-scenes. The only major problem I see so far is that it doesn't tell you how to play. It tells you some things, but you have to learn by doing pretty much, which isn't too hard. I hadn't figured out how to save until I had beaten the first few bosses. xD
The basic storyline:
You play a character, Dart, who was training abroad (for 5 years), for later-found purposes, and almost get attacked by a...dragon?! A fellow warrior saves you, and you come back to see your village....destroyed. You find it was destroyed to capture your childhood friend-and-crush, Shana. While you don't know why she was taken, you run off to the prison to rescue her....
....I have gotten past that, of course, but there's not any big things right now, which wouldn't give away major plot. xD

I've heard alot of mixed reviews about this game. I was never sure if it was worth playing or not. o.o It does look spiffy though.

I have that game! I never got that far into the game. xp If I remember right, There's a shop that sells a item that would let you fight without doing the timed button presses, but it's crazy expensive and you'll need one for every character... gonk Anybody remember the action figures? whee I had Dart and Rose... I wonder where they went to...? confused

Legend of Dragoon is a great game. Worth playing through at least once. Interesting storyline, good gameplay. Two thumbs up. (:
Didn't bother getting the item that squashed the button presses. We didn't find that it really mattered.

it's a good game, the're pervy moments. at least two characters that are blatantly flaming for each other, (The king and the knight) and it's hours of badly translated fun 3nodding

Hmm, not bad. There're 4 disks, I'm kinda far into disk 2, and...the gameplay/plot is nice (even if you get lost at times), and it's really good for a PS game.
If you've never played it, it'd be a great thing to check out. 3nodding

Might be hard for people to find the game these days. Try Ebay or something I guess... sweatdrop

I love this game. I played it so much I could do Gust of Wind Dance with out looking. This was the first game to make me cry at a major plot line point. It is my favorite game on the playstaion and PS2. As you might have guessed I'm a zealot for this game so you might want to take my opinion with a grain of salt.
