Moleje #2. Why do you say that Tom Nook is an extortionist? Because he is one you silly nilly, and you owe him your life! Don't you forget it. Just because you stopped playing doesn't mean you're free...in fact even if you "Pay off" your home you know he'll be after you in a couple years when your statue needs to be cleaned and buffed. In fact he has ties with the law and woodland mafia, and may even hire Rover the evil cat of doom, to come graffiti up your lovely three story home!
