I thought there be a help section …though I know its not my place to put one here. But you know…incase someone has a question or something…lol ^_^’

Ok…first question…

Do we need to get a kekkei genkei approved by the leader? If so…where do we post it? Or do we just send it to the person?

It would be best to have your Kekkei Genkai approved by sending it to one of the Kages. Preferrably Raijin or myself.

As of now it is not required.
