Everythin’ POSE!Since I can find no one around here to send it to, I am sucking up and getting my stuff sent to my house when it can be ordered.
I got some questions though about packers. I know what binder I am getting, the Style 997 from Underworks.
However for the packer.
1) What size? I am a 5'2 98lbs skinny a** boy. I want to look decent (I see myself as a 5 1/2") but I am scared I may get it tooo big! I am ordering a packer and a piss and pee.
2) Order from where? Get a mango or djknowsdicks?
3) Should I get the belt thing or no? For right now all I got are female panties so..I don't think I will need it..But, just in case?
Other info will nice too!!!

I'm pretty close to your size (5'1" and varying between 100-112 lbs), and from my own experience, I really think the smaller size (usually around 3 1/4 - 3 1/2") is all that's needed. It'll still provide the bulge you want without looking like you're walking around with a hard-on. It's one thing if you want to get a strap-on or other d**k that's for sex use, but for day-to-day wear, you want a more flaccid-appropriate length (and the average on that for bio-guys is about 3 1/2").
As far as mango or djknowsdick, I personally have a mango and it works great, but I've heard that dj's works just as well for a lower price, so I'd say go with what fits your budget and looks best to you.
And packers (especially pack-and-pee ones) can be a challenge to fit in girl panties (depending on the style and fit mostly). You might want to get one just in case.
And when the instructions recommend you practice in the shower first (with the pack-and-pee), you wanna do it. It adds a lot of skill and confidence in using it, and with these products, nervousness or unease can keep you from being able to go or increase the chance of leakage.

5 1/2" would be closer to erect size, I would think. My SO (a bio-guy) is 5'10", and he's only around 3 and some odd inches long when soft. So, I'd recommend the smaller size.

I'd say a small/medium is good. Instead of wearing it inside underwear wear it outside, and whip it out when needed. Get one of the harnesses that djknowsdicks recommends...its cheap and does the job.

Ditto the comment on female panties and packers. Panties made for female-bodied people aren't made to accomodate a ...p***s and testicles. It'll probably hold it really close to your body, which is probably something you won't want (i.e. sweating, which can lead to diaper rash--but don't use talcum powder to dust them; it's been linked to cervical cancer; use cornstarch or something instead).
It would probably be more comfortable to wear the packer outside the panties in a cloth pouch, or to wear the cloth pouch inside boxer-briefs or something. I've never used the pouch (don't pack at the moment), so I don't know how much it moves around. Because I don't know that, I'm not sure how compatible it is with boxers. But mens' briefs or boxer-briefs, at the least, should work.

It's just important to note that men's briefs are really big....Even a small is too huge for me, so I have to get a boy's 12-14....If you're thin too, you might wanna consider boy's underwear instead of jumping to men's. (On the plus side, they tend to be less expensive.)

Socks never seem to work for me. They usually look far too comically large and I can't get them in the right position.
Then again, packing's not something I see as an essential, though I think a stand-to-pee device would be pretty handy. When I'm living full-time as a male, I might get a Mango, to make using male toilets less of a stressful experience.
As for underpants, I'm still living at home and haven't had the chance to try out manpants. I plan to buy a whole bundle when I go to university and assemble data on what I think of them. There will be charts.

Seriously though, flaccid penises are smaller and a packer won't be a soft and pliable as skin. You'll look like you have a hard on at all times if you get one that's bigger than it needs to be and in some places, you can actually get in trouble. It's considered indecent exposure and it's an arrestable offense. (Giving the cops any reason to pick on you isn't a good idea.)
I got the nice small 3 1/3 to pack and pee. I have a nice 7 for the other one. Cause well, I'm black. I can't have a small d**k or people will point and laugh. And then I'll cry.
