Powers (if any): She has the ability to sooth (?). Just being around her gives you moral strength. Her voice is like a bird’s song and her touch, like a mother's.
Bio: A thief like no other and yet a personality no other. She may seem like a tiger, but inside she is a kitten. Although it may not seem like it, she actually has a fake arm. It begins a little bit behind the elbow, where the rest is really metal. An alchemist did it for her and was able to keep her hand as it was. And yet that is just another battle scar.

Ninta's feels for an elf named Maroo burns deep in her heart. Yet she is just a peasant while he is an Elf Lord! Many men long for her love but don't consider her side of the story. She sings when she is feeling an emotion. Each time she comes up with a new song that magically appears in her head.

The catling warrior likes to be alone. She loves the sounds of nature. She wanted to be around it her whole life and find a husband to settle down with as she aged, but that even she knew was nothing but a dream. War was upon her, and she was dragged into it as an offering by her village. There was a choice that the village had to make; destroy the village and let everyone live, or have the enemies take her. And Ninta decided on her own. She was to be sacrificed to a great dragon king who ruled all of the western mountains. But she escaped with the exemption of her arm (excluding her hand which she brought with her) and joined the army for her village had been destroyed and everyone killed. Now she wants revenge...

Ryoto made his way across the wooden bridge as he entered into the unknown village. Of course, the attire in which he wore made him look like an outsider, which he was. But usually, one did not want to attract attention, especially if one was on the run and was wanted for a certain crime. However, because of this conspicuous difference he had from the rest of the crowd, the warrior caught many an eye. But Ryoto did not really care; he welcomed the challenge, which was why he made it so obvious that he was not of the certain village in which he was visiting.

After scowling at a child that had stopped running to stare at him, the strange man wondered into the closest tavern and sat himself at the bar, his hand pounding on the table for service.

By this time, the stranger had already collected his ale and soon was staring at the newcomer who had just placed himself beside him. For a moment, the two exchanged glances without a word before the one known as Ryoto turned away and brought his attention to his drink, slurping at its contents before slamming it back on the table. Again, there was silence. Then, finally, the outsider spoke, his eyes still on his drink. "The name is Ryoto... and why do you place such an interest on me, stranger?" The voice was not at all kind or friendly in anyway. And after he had spoken those words, he resumed the task of finishing his mug before placing it back on the table once more.

((You cannot roleplay other characters. For example, when you said that I nodded in agreement. That's all.))

Ryoto eyed the map with no interest and returned to his drink, his eyes staring elsewhere as if he was bored. After he had swallowed the liquid, the man responded, his eyes still staring off in the other direction. "And what is in it for me if I help?" Drawled the man, obviously bored by the conversation. "If I were to help you, I would want more than half of the treasure. If not, then I am not interested...." The man's voice trailed off as he took another swig from his mug, finishing the drink. Before he continued he ordered yet another mug of ale and then turned to the one known as shadow. "And how can you even trust me? I myself do not trust you... I would need something that would allow me to trust and accompany you on your quest..."

Ryoto's eyebrow rose when he heard what he would be recieving if the mission was a success and a look of interest soon fell upon the man's face. "Eighty percent, eh?" Echoed the outsider as he took a large gulp of his drink which he had just recieved from one of the waitresses. "Well, that is a fair amount, I must say," continued Ryoto before he turned completely to face his new companion. "I must venture into your personal business further, however. Why do you want revenge on these people? I am all for revenge, it just intrigues me on what stimulates the minds of others to go on such a journey of hate..." As he waited for an answer, the man rubbed the handle of his mug, his eyes never leaving the other.

Ryoto listened as the mysterious man spoke, describing to him the mission that they would undertake. Everything seemed to be in order except that they were going to need another comrade to join them on their quest because (according to the man known as Shadow) it would be impossible otherwise. But of course that was ridiculous. For, as Ryoto knew, he was a more capable warrior than any other man, for every man that he fought, he defeated... easily. If Shadow knew him or had seen him fight, then he would most likely not even bother helping him; all that would be needed was himself and no other to complete the mission. As these thoughts circulated through the mind of the foreigner, Shadow finished and soon stood to his feet to leave, his suddenly changing color.

With much interest, the one known as Ryoto watched as Shadow walked away, taking another sip from his ale. From what had just occurred, it seemed as though Shadow himself was a man that was uncommon such as himself; there was much more in this man than what had met his eye. However, as he watched the other walk through the doors of the tavern, another thought came to him. How was he going to pay the other member of their team if he was going to get eighty percent? Was there trickery involved? Well, if there was or wasn't, he could smell it, and it disgusted him... It was then that Ryoto came to the conclusion that he would kill Shadow if he showed any sign of betrayal... and even if he did end up being trustworthy... he might just kill him just the same.

Smirking, Ryoto finished his second mug of ale and once more, ordered for a second...
