Aaah, so big! Maybe you should resize it or something? ^^;
I like her design, but her name doesn't make much sense. That is, her Mew name: they're all named after foods, sort of a cutesy little theme and stuff, you know? BlackFlower is, er, cute, but it doesn't really match the rest of the series, you know? I know you're trying to be very original, but... that may not be the best way to go about it.
Aaanyway... What animal is she crossed with? Some sort of cat, I'd imagine?

... What does Azumi have to do with anything? Tokyo Black Cat Girl was a completely different story; Ikumi just used it as the base for Tokyo Mew Mew. >>;
Ah... Cherry is such an overused name, though. What are her colors?

Well she has blue hair and purple eyes. In mew form she has blue hair, and a black oufit. Wtih some blue for the ruffles and stuff. Well I've made a story for it. But if you don't like the drawing no doubt you wont like the story..-_-

So her colors are black and blue? Well... then maybe a dark-colored food would work for her? Let's see... Blackberry and its various forms are very overused... Maybe "Blackcurrant"?
And just what does liking the drawing have to do with liking the story?

BlackFlower is a cute name, but... again, Mews are named after foods, with their coloration reflecting their food names. As such, not any fruit or candy will fit; it has to be something that will fit with a Mew who has a mostly black costume with blue trim. Something like "Mew Peach" isn't going to fit with that, you know?
Plum/Ume might work, but that's kind of stretching it a bit. Crowberries are dark blue, and so are huckleberries. Mulberries can be black. You can go rummage around a site like Wikipedia.org for ideas, too. :3
