In this test I will ask you three questions that pertain to being a mercenary or are a part of Roleplaying. If you get two or more wrong you fail. I will keep the questions to a point where they aren't easy but can be answered.
An example question would be.
You are on a mission and have failed, your partner is injured and you can escape without them easier then you could with them, what do you do?
A correct answer would be,
In such a case I would determine the quickest escape route and do my best to get both me and my partner out alive. If I couldn't then I would stay with them, knowing that they would do the same for me.

First question: Your on a mission with your Clan leader and you have both underestimated the targets power. In the fight you are seriously hurt and they are tiring fast. Knowing that you might not live he or she tells you to run and save yourself saying they can handle it.
What do you do since you know punishment of disobeying is imprisonment and possibly death.

Run away but find another possible and tactical advantage over the enemies from a safe distance, that is benificial to the Clan leader (without getting in their way either) as well as myself. If all else fails, fight to the end, or fight to run.

Correct, that is absolutely what I would want you to do.
Second, pass this and there is no need for a third fail it and you must take the third.
I send you after a bounty where you can't leave any witnesses, when you arrive to eliminate the target they have a small child near them that will see what happens, meaning the kid must be eliminated also, the target has seen you as have his bodyguards and they know what you want.
Do you complete the mission anyways who cares if a child has to be killed in the process,
or, do you turn and run for now, waiting until a later time when you can catch the target by him/herself?

There are many answers to this question, for one, urgency plays a giant role in this matter. If it must be done NOW, then the child will die along with any other witnesses (as cold hearted as that sounds, it would be a blessing because he won't go through the pain of having his family lost or witness death in front of his eyes.) Another possible situation would be considered if the child has possible potential that would be beneficial to us (the Mercenaries) and I myself would take in and train the child to be a mercenary, with your consent of course. Lastly, if cover is needed and time is not a factor, wait until the target is alone and kill him/her silently and dispose of the body in an air filtration chamber, that way, when air is cleaned, no one can smell his rotting corpse, nor find him. (Little detailed, but hope that works.)

Very good, it was the second option you put that I was going for, bring the child in to be a mercenary. Few would have thought that. Congrats you have passed the test. Would you like a third question or would you like to continue on?

You and your partner just took out a really big mobster. Later that day your going home to your wife and one year old daughter. Half-way there your phone rings, it's your partner's number calling but when you answer it isn't him. They say that he is being held captive and you have to be the one to come free him. You know that if you go you will die and he will live but if you don't then he will die.
What do you do?
Go and never see your family again, or abandon the person who counts on you the most.

There is an old motto that states, "Live to fight another day." As I am a mercenary, there will be times where I will achieve my goals, but lose something dear. I for one, do not always belive this, when it comes to friends, family, and the fellow mercinaries. So in such, I'd rather die than let anyone else die before me scream . (Oh yes, and I'll take as many others with me in the process.)
