From what little I've read, it didn't sound too great. It's a coupla hundred years in the future after a nuclear holocaust or something. Ramirez has come back from the dead again and mentors Quentin MacLeod on all sorts of adventures.
The part about there being no beheadings sounded rather silly...basically after Quentin beats somebody, the Quickening transfers from the loser's sword to Quentin's. Never found out what happens to the bad guy afterwards, however...
Actually it's another AU. It has no connection to the original movie. It takes place in a world where Ramirez never died.
The Basic gist of the plot was ater a Cataclysm in the mid Eighties the Immortals (excluding one) all vowed to give up the game. It was said that any immortal who broke that vow would die. The Villian Kortez who refused to make the vow then began killing the others and Connor went to confront him.
Connor died as all who break the vow do but there was a prophecy that someday another Immortal would appear from the Clan MacCleod to end Kortez rule.
The Series only lasted one season and did feature beheadings. Quinten was given the essense of friendly immortals while the villin Kortez got them the old Fashioned way.
