The Winner is:

The badge we will be using.
Ok so most of you know were going to have a guild meet up. Well in order to know who is part of the guild and who is not I got the idea from one of our members to make badges. Right now there is no prize because I'm poor and on a quest. So if you want a prize will have to see what we can do so yeah think about what you would want to win in a reasonable prize. If your are going to enter in the contest you MUST post here that you are doing so here.
Requirements:
-Make the badge be a decent size. I want people to be able to actually wear it. So don't make in microscopic or massively huge.
-Only one badge because its going to be just a guild badge nothing to personalize it I just want people to be able to print it off not worry about having to change the username. Now if you wish you may leave a blank space on it where after its printed off the user may write their gaia name on it.
-Make it pretty no one wants to wear ugly things. But for the sake of the guys in our guild nothing to girly because sometimes guys make a big deal and won't wear it.
-Don't forget to represent the guild on there! How else would we know who it is?
-And don't break everyone's printers because you decided to make it extremely huge with a billion colors.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:I'm kind of thinking this is how everyone will get into our meet up. I don't want some creepo sneaking in sayings he/she is a member of our guild. If you plan on going to the meet up please post here and in the meet up thread. I'm going to make a check list of the user's coming and bring it to the con. Numbers are important in case I might do something special for all of you or something of the sort.
Tell me if I forgot anything or want to say something about it or whatever you want. But don't say oh this is a stupid idea cause you don't want me in a bad mood do you?
Please do not use any of the badges until the winning badge is announced and then you may use that one. I only want the guild to use one badge so that its easier on us so we can easily recognize each other. The contest still does not have a deadline so please enter!

I'll try and make some. In fact, I'll work on it right now. ^_^ The badges will also help to tell apart all the people at the con. If you see someone wearing the badge you shouldn't be afraid to say Hi! Here's my Entry

Its ok I'm tooo lazy right now to take you name out Moody but you've officially been dropped out of the contest.
Lolz I posted that right before you changed your name and I'm too lazy to fix it but I'll give you the right credit if you still win.

Suggestion:
Would it be useful to put our Avvies on it? Like, so we could figure out who's who easier... You'd just have to cut+paste it through paint onto the badge before you print it. Just an idea =o

People change their avi a lot so it might be harder to recognize. I know I change mine more the twice a week if I get the chance to be online. The badges are just for the meet up and to wear around the con so if you see them you can say hi to your fellow guild member. Once the contest is over I will give the final announcement of what you can and can not do with the badge.
