Miyako's Training grounds are diffrent than any dojo or training yard. Miyako trains in a wooden area of the main island. Picture a ring of trees in a forrest. The ring is twenty feet in diamater with one large old oak roughly in the center of the ring. A trail leads into the circle from the town, another trail leads to a spring-fed pool. This is Miyakos secret training ground.......

miyako walked up the trail to her training ground and sighed...this clearing was more of a home than any house. she set her pack and sheathed sword down and grabbed a kunai fronm the pouch on her leg
she then walked up to the old tree in the center of the ring of trees,focused her chalkra for a moment, and started running up the tree

miyako watched the trunk of the tree pass under her shoes,one old mark,then two, three then finaly four passed under her nose...that was her record.each ten feet apart...now..it was just a matter of how long untill she lost connection with her chalkra..
"c'mon...fifty feet!"
she muttered to herself

miyako sent some extra chalkra to her feet because she felt like she was loosing control...instead she dented the bark and lost her footing. miyako fliped in the air,marked her spot with a slash of the kunai and fell the fifty feet to the ground, and landed like a frog.

when miyako landed,she stood up, wobbled a bit, then lay on her back looking up at the slash marks in the oak. the sunlight thought the trees turned a speckled green and gold on her clothes....and miyako was content.

miyako looked at the jail and looked down at the records of the escaped crimanals.
"one for vandalism, one for breaking and entering, one for public intoxacation.....right..this should be a walk in the park."
she said to herself
miyako started walking to the hardware store. if she was a runaway graffitti artest she would want some spraypaint to get back to work..

and her hunch was correct...there..coming out of the store was the crimanal. and he saw a kunoichi...with a yell he dropped the bag of spraypaint that he must have bought or stolen, and bolted into a croud.
with a snarl and forming handseals miyako dove into the croud after the guy

the runaway convict ran towards a gardening shop with miyako hot on his tail
"perfect.....earth-style, root ravenger jutsu!"
miyako yelled. the plants for sale in their pots exploded into new growth sending their tendril-like roots around the runaways arms and limbs,traping him where he stood.

miyako walked up to the convict,grabbed him by the ear and brought him back to the jail.
"now.....if i was an alchoholic just out of jail i would hit up a bar to get some booze...."
she started walking towards the nearest bar,armed with a picture of the runaway man.

miyako looked in three bars and had zero luck, she had shown the picture of the man around in all the drinking dens and to the people around them...but no luck. it was midafternoon and she was in the marketplace when she heard a drunken slur
"he'h ~hic~ giv' a man som' change? c'moooon! im 'ungry! i wanna git som' noodle's pleeease?"
miyako would be hard-pressed to think of amyone else who would be drunk at this hour...miyako followed the drunken sounds to the convict

by the time the drunk had seen miyako it was too late. the clunch tried to run but miyako helped him to start sleeping off his hangover beforhand via a swift rap to his temple she then carry-dragged him to the jail
now..its only the not-so-good-catburgalar.
'well..i would wait for night...then rob somebody who's on vacation or somthin' "

miyako was back in the marketplace...listining in on who was rich....and currently on vacation....luck still seemed on her side. she heard two ladies shoping and talking about.....
"well the Hitomi Clan heir isent currenty in his manor....."
"really? this is the first ive heard about it!"
"you havent heard?! its going around the whole clan that he's gone to see his beloved on the mainland...."
"pity he dosent love me...."
"yeah so you could marry into his wealth?"
miyako grinned wolfishly....if she had heard this in under an hour..then the convict would have heard the opurtunity knocking...

the hitomi manor was set on the top of a steep hill that overlooked the small island that it stood in. miyako looked up at it from her boat...
