This is the area where fellow gaian's can go to put up bounties on other gaians for free. This is also the area where trained ninjas go to be assigned the difficult missions, or the kind of missions that would not be offered to the Acadamy's students, such as the assasination of a gaian, or the raid or a massive attack on another group. The offices are separated into different departments such as the area for assigning bounties, and the assignment offices which are broken up into different divisions.
