This weekend I went to my cousins cousins house, to look at the foals there. They live on a breeding farm for throughbreds. The foals were so cute! I spent the night to hopefully see a baby being born. Unfortunately there was no baby born. I plan on going again soon.
What experiences have you had when spending the night in a barn?

I never spent the night in a barn and awwwwwwwww the Foals are sooooooooo cuuuuute, I wish I slept in the barn along with watching a newborn Foal being born. 4laugh

i saw my neighbors horse have it's baby, it was really cool. The only time i've slept at a barn is when a bunch of girls from where i board my horse got together and we had a big sleepover. It was fun, we played hide and seek in the dark until like 2 am and kept all the horses awake rofl

tinks~dust i saw my neighbors horse have it's baby, it was really cool. The only time i've slept at a barn is when a bunch of girls from where i board my horse got together and we had a big sleepover. It was fun, we played hide and seek in the dark until like 2 am and kept all the horses awake rofl Lol, that would be so fun blaugh

I have spent the night in the barn many times. Never because of foals though, I don't do breeding programs. But I've spent the night with colicy horses and founder horses and surgery horses, stuff like that.
