what's funny is that we weren't playing Monopoly...we were playing Settlers of Cataan...a game which I love, there ended up being four of us around my parents kitchen table playing it...he so totally beat the snot out of us girls...figuratively speaking...if he weren't cute and sweet most of the time i would have pounded his arm to bruising...

ok basically your goal is to get 10 points you get the points by gaining like merchantile materials Brick Wood Wool Iron. you use these items to build roads and towns and cities. You can steal from other peoples hands using cards called Soldiers or roll a seven and block someone's trade route. the first person to get to ten points wins...it can be a long game or a really really short one...depending the roll of the dice.

played a full game of Monopoly last night. But it's not like anyone had anything else to do for three and a half hours...

dad's gone on a trip until tuesday, mom and I got films today...Flushed away, Zoom, and um...that movie about switching houses dang movie name has escaped me at the moment but its a chick flick so it should prove interesting *sighs* they didn't have Howl's moving castle...

I like it better than Cataan even though it's pretty much the same just the mormon version. lol
