I need help with highlights/shading... does anyone know of a tutorial that can help me?

That tutorial is HUGE!!!
I shall read it when my brain isnt quite so.. well.. melted? Evaporated? Fried? Slowly roasted in its own juices?

in the mean time, does anyone have a quick tutorial on how to colour hair?
